Stayed Aug 16, 2024Recently stayed here with my wife and two other couples for a Red Rocks show and we couldn't have been happier! Communication with host was fantastic, check in was super easy and the place was very clean. Amazing location walkable to some great restaurants if you don't want to venture far. Cool outdoor bar across the street was great to just shoot over for a drink and app while others got ready. The only potential complaint you may have is the proximity to this bar and the noise if you have kids going to sleep early - but it's honestly not bad at all and we were there on a weekend. Hoping to get this same group together next year for another Red Rocks show and we will definitely be staying here again if available!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Our family of four with two teens enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable and easy to find. We only cooked breakfast, but had everything we needed. The unit was clean with the exception of floors / carpets that need to be washed. We enjoyed the hot tub and had coffee on three roof deck in the mornings. The neighborhood is safe with lots of fun restaurants and bars. We walked to Union Station and a game at Coors. Parking was also easy and we could quickly get to the highway to drive to Boulder and Red Rocks. There is an active nightlife in the area, especially on the weekend, so be aware if you are early or light sleepers.
