Perfect location. Steps from the beach.

This home was a perfect fit for our family, cozy and inviting. I suggest making beach chairs and umbrellas available.

Perfect spot for me and my family. Beach just over the dunes and plenty of restaurants, ice cream and candy store. The teenagers were able to walk everywhere without any problems. Definitely will come back again in the future

The location to the beach was nice as well as being walking distance to local restaurants and shops, however the yard was filled with small prickly things that stuck to our pups feet. Loved the details of the house like labeling everything where it goes. House was very clean but I was surprised by the smell of musty mold on all of our belongings when we came home, we didn't notice it while staying but the smell definitely followed us home. Construction is being built on the home in front of it, but the workers are all friendly and did a great job at respecting our stay and keeping us unaffected by their working. The beach access is very close to the home and was nice off the dunes you really felt like it was a private beach even though it was public.

As a family, we have vacationed in Avon for the past three summers. This was our first time staying at this home and it was perfect for our family of four. The property was very clean and was close to the beach. There was a big dune to walk over to get to the ocean, which may be difficult for older visitors, someone with bad knees or for families with little children. The house had all the basics including a kitchen with cooking utensils, pots and pans. There were board games, cards, puzzles, and books to help make rainy days fun. The hot tub was very clean and was used by my family often. Overall, we really liked this house and would stay there again.

This is a sweet little beach house, nicely decorated and in a good location. We appreciated the little touches and the house is very well equipped with everything you may need. Our only complaint was the loud construction noise across the street and their vehicles taking some of our available parking.

My wife and I spent a week here, to change our scenery, while the kids were traveling. It is nicely designed, has everything you need inside and is very comfortable. The internet worked great, allowing us to work a little, between long walks on the beach. Semi-Oceanfront, means one house back, so there is no real view from the deck, unless you like the look of other houses, but this is certainly considered in the pricing. A 2 minute walk, across the street, puts you on a beautiful and uncrowded beach. In March, when we went, it was deserted.....just like we had hoped. Food offerings in the area are limited to fried seafood, with fires and coleslaw, but we took and made our own, mostly, and the kitchen was well supplied to allow for this. In short, a really nice, low cost, peaceful and well equipped place, that is easily accessible to the beach. I would certainly consider this place again.

This home was very clean upon our arrival and in very good shape. The only thing that could be better is lighting under the house. The lights there seemed to be burnt out/not working.

We had a great relaxing worry free vacation. This place not only has comfy living room and relaxing amenities like the hot tub room but also has every utensil needed to cook, bake and purée. We cooked every nite except the last and the kitchen was stocked which made it a joy! The beach walk is so close which made us feel comfortable letting kiddos come and go. The décor throughout the cottage seemed well thought out and suits each room perfectly. We love this place and will continue to come here each year.

Very pleased. The kitchen had everything you could want. Nice outdoor shower for sand removal. Beds could be a little better but I always think that anywhere I've stayed. Really enjoyed our stay.
