Hear the sound of the sea among the pine forest in Nyehusen, a stone's throw from Yngsjö. Here there is an opportunity for family and friends to spend their free time in all seasons. Walking friendly area with only 300 meters to the mile-long beach. Dogs are welcome but cats are in the area. The house consists of a living room with a kitchen area where food can be cooked in the oven, on stovetops and in the Airfryer. Fully equipped for self-catering and with room for everyone at the dining table. Sofa bed for two people in front of the TV with channel selection and chromecast. Bedroom with double bed and good storage in a shelving system on the wall. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. All rooms have high ceilings which gives the home a lot of space. The fully glazed entrance door to the terrace also provides a lovely light but has privacy through curtains that can be drawn. On the patio with outdoor furniture there are both gas and charcoal grills to use. There are also board games such as croquet, badminton and darts for outdoor activities for young and old. Two adult bicycles are available to borrow at the house and can take you on cycle paths to Åhus. In the area there are several farm shops with locally produced produce, vineyards and musteri to visit. Attractions such as Forsakar waterfall with seasonal open-air swimming pool adjacent. Kristianstads naturum with the possibility of boat trips in Vattenriket. For those interested in fishing there is the possibility of renting a boat directly from the owner for a trip on Helge å which winds its way. The summer-open beach restaurant 1135 and Rökeriet between Yngsjö & Åhus can be highly recommended for a meal or to buy some goodies to take home.
