Completely renovated and fresh cottage in a peaceful and scenic environment with proximity to Bellö and Mariannelund. Here you live comfortably all year round in a charming accommodation with a cozy atmosphere near the lake and forest with proximity to most of the places from Astrid Lindgren's fairy tales. The house also includes a wonderful orangery/greenhouse, a fantastically pleasant place where you can enjoy a lovely environment. The cottage has an open plan with a new stylish kitchen with most of what you may need and a dining area. In the living room there is a sofa that can be made into a double extra bed. There are also two folding extra beds. Sheets and towels are included. The bathroom is fresh with a shower and washing machine. The cottage is located about 30 meters from the main building where the host lives, which provides both security and proximity to help if needed, while you have your own quiet and secluded accommodation. About 1.2 km away, there is a lake with a small sandy beach where you can take a refreshing dip and enjoy nature. Nearby is also Bellö with a nice swimming area, sandy beach and pier. For those who want to experience the lake a little more or go fishing, there is a rowing boat with or without a motor and a canoe to rent from the owner of the house. Please note that there is no boat mooring, so the boat or canoe must be taken to the lake with a trailer. The owner is very helpful if desired. 4 life jackets in size M included. The accommodation is perfect for families and nature lovers who are looking for a peaceful, charming and comfortable holiday home with proximity to both swimming, hiking and experiences. The area offers nice cycle paths and hiking trails in varying terrain. During the season there are often plenty of mushrooms and berries in the forests. Here you live close to many popular attractions and excursion destinations such as Katthult, Bullerbyn, Astrid Lindgren's childhood home Näs, Filmbyn Småland, Astrid Lindgren's World, Eksjö trästad, Kleva mine and Ädelfors with gold panning.
