Inside, the house offers a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, creating a cozy and welcoming space for family gatherings. The TV includes several German channels for your entertainment. There are three bedrooms: one witha double bed and two others with a single bed each. The hallway features a washing machine, dryer, and two refrigerators with freezer compartments, adding convenience for longer stays. Outside, a large and open terrace provides a perfect place to enjoy the sun while children play in the garden. The property also includes a fire pit for outdoor evenings and a practical outdoor shower with hot water on the terrace, ideal after a day at the beach. The house is accessed via Hybenvænget Street, turning at the end of the road onto the property, which ensures a peaceful and private setting. Its location combines the charm of the surrounding nature with easy access to the calm beach and water activities, making it an ideal spot for family holidays. This property offers a perfect blend of indoor comfort, outdoor living, and seaside proximity, ensuring a relaxing and memorable holiday. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
