Authentic cottage with sauna located in the 1st dune row with direct access to the beach at Grønne Strand. The cottage has two bedrooms, living room and kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs and refrigerator with small freezer. Bathroom with a small sauna. There is air conditioning / heat pump and wood burning stove. Toilet and bath are accessed from the back of the house. The house has a large south-facing wooden terrace sheltered from the wind from the sea. From here there is a magnificentview of a wetland with rich bird life. In the bathrobe distance you reach the most beautiful North Sea bath. The cottage is for guests who appreciate location. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
