- *7 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR SUMMER 2027 - WE WILL ACCEPT BOOKINGS BEGINNING OCTOBER 2026 - during the peak summer dates, the property is only available for a minimum of 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out the next Saturday . This is per the standard summer weekly rental convention on LBI.

This is standard practice for LBI rentals. Each bed is furnished with a comforter and pillows, but guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and beach towels.

Guest who don't want to pack their own can arrange a delivery service from the various concierge/guest services businesses on LBI.
