There is a two car garage anddriveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of an open floor plan living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room sofa folds out to a king size memory foam bed. There is a powder bath in the hall. The second level has three bedrooms including the large primary suite with king bed and large ensuite bath, second king bedroom with an attached jack and jill bath shared with the third bedroom with two king beds. The third level has a fourth bedroom with two queen beds and attached full bath, the bonus room, and the rooftop terrace! This sectional converts to a bed as well. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with fireplace and comfortable seating.

Guests have access to the entire house, two car garage, and rooftop.

This home is in a central location in the city. Short walk to many eateries and attractions. Edgehill Village is one block away where you will find coffee shops, shopping, entertainment, and several local restaurants. One mile from the heart of Broadway.

•Any tampering or disabling of exterior monitoring devices including but not limited to cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund
•No firearms or weapons allowed on the property unless guest provides documentation that they are law enforcement.
•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•All trash must be properly bagged and placed inside the bins outside the garage.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.
