My friends were in town for a wedding and our experience was phenomenal! The host was quick to answer any of our questions, regardless of the day or time. On top of that, he provided a lists of local places to eat and visit while we were in town which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The location is fantastic. It is easily walkable. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and the owner was extremely communicative and helpful. The setup and number of bathrooms was very nice and worked well for our family gathering of 10. The front porch was very comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is compact but provides necessities I would recommend the property and would return.

Well maintained property in a great location.

Our family needed a quick and easy space for a brief weekend of fun and laughter. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement was perfect for our group. The property's location made it easy to get to a lot of places.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our family! There were 4 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one with its own bathroom next to it. Also included a two bed one bath house in the back with nice deck to enjoy. Very clean and well equipped. Off street parking. Not far from campus/Franklin St and easy access to Bolin Creek Trail. Definitely recommend!

The home has 7 bedrooms and 6 baths each bedroom came with 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. No face cloths or bath mats. The kitchen had 1 hand towel that’s it no dishwasher detergent The day we went to check out all the tvs stopped working that morning at 7 am like the cable was disconnected. Thought that was a bit rude. The home and neighborhood was perfect the beds very comfortable and the inside of the house was spotless There was a total of 6 butter knife and 11 forks and 14 spoons for all guest and one broke. Fry pan For someone that was planning on cooking for this family get together this was a major disappointment. We also had a black stone grill available to us but it took us 2 hours to clean the dirt and rust off it to use it. And no grilling tools or grease to treat the top of it afterwards. Again the actual home was beautiful but I do think more attention should be giving to the stock of linens and dishes and cooking items when renting this to large crowds.

The property was beautiful, spacious and had privacy for everyone. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we found wanting was bedside tables, extra garbage bags and a house “guide” for like checkout expectations and WiFi info. Also the amenities listed hairdryers but we did not find one anywhere, lol. Otherwise it was a perfect place for our family to spend time together. Highly recommend staying here!

What a great find for Thanksgiving. 2 Kitchens and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the entire family.
