Stayed Nov 14, 2025The house was outstanding. I was a little skeptical driving down the street, but this house stood out. Everything you could need was provided for. If you are staying in town to go to the Frost Bank Arena, it is the perfect location. Given you can park on side streets, you can get within .5 miles without having to pay. If you Uber or walk, it's less than 1.5 miles.

Stayed Oct 18, 2025House is nicely renovated and well appointed. Owner was accommodating as we wanted to leave car at property early and uber downtown. Neighborhood is a little rough, which I knew from other reviews going in. We had a good experience at the property.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024We had a great stay at this property when we went to SA for our daughter's graduation. The house was clean and well appointed with everything you could need for an out of town stay. My wife and MIL were a little skeptical about the neighborhood, as it's lower income and some of the properties are in disrepair (one if them about 4 doors down was abandoned and caught fire the first night, and we got to meet several of the neighbors in the front yard ), but it was mostly quiet and we had no issues at all. Also, I appreciated the gated parking for our vehicles.The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was really nice. Same with the living room furniture. Everything seemed to be in great condition and very well maintained. There was a cute sitting area in the back yard that we didn't get to use as it was raining most of the time we were there. I can imagine it would be a nice place to gather in better weather conditions. The host was great. He was easy to get in touch with, and all of the instructions were clear and easy. A binder was provided in the house with information about the property, check out procedures, etc We would definitely stay at this property again, as we have another student starting college in SA in the fall of 25.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024We came to San Antonio for an event at the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo. The location of this house was perfect for getting there (within 5 minutes!) as well as downtown attractions like the River Walk and the Mercado. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and quiet. There was an automatic gate so we could park our car off the street which helped us feel safe. The only negative was the neighborhood was very mixed with some houses boarded up and some looking renovated like this house was. We were glad the owner took the extra precaution to have a solid wooden gate that we parked our car behind. It's an excellent location. I hope the neighborhood continues to go through renovations and updates.
