4 Mi to Surprise Stadium! Snowbird Haven w/ Pool

The host was excellent with communication and even found a little tree for our family to use for Christmas. The house was clean and perfectly set up for a long stay with kitchen and pool supplies. It was the best VRBO stay we’ve had hands down.

How was so spacious and clean. It had everything we need.

Place worked great for us and our daughter’s family of five. Kids loved the pool and slide. Close to grocery and shopping. Enjoyed our visit. Host very responsive when we ran out of garbage bags.

Overall, our stay was amazing! We really enjoyed the house and the location. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the pool and slide. That was a big hit! My only complaint would be that the floors in the Kitchen were not clean. When unloading my cooler items to the refrigerator I dripped a little water onto the floor. I took a paper towel to clean it up and found that after wiping the floor, the paper towel was very dirty, so I took to wiping the whole floor. Suggestions I might add is to consider adding light to the bedrooms. They are all pretty dark, maybe a light/fan combo. Also, possibly putting nightstands in all bedrooms. I think only one room did not have a nightstand. The filter in the refrigerator also needs to be changed out. I know it is hard to think of everything when setting up these homes, so please know these are only suggestions to possibly benefit others in future stays.The house was very spacious and provided most everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was a great getaway. The house is great and very spacious. It had everything that we needed. The outside area was wonderful and the pool was fun. Great location and close to everything you might need or want. Definitely would come back.

Pool was perfect! Location was great and owner answered any questions that came up.

Came out to watch the Texas Rangers Spring Training. Weather was cool and rainy not normal so we were able to stay inside and play dominos and cards. Home is large and great outside. 10 mins from surprise ballpark. This is our 12th season and 5th VRBO in Surprise. We’ll come back if it’s available.

Furniture entertainment area and kitchen were perfect for 6 adults.

We were 4 women coming to Surprise for a tennis tournament. The house was great - lots of room to spread out and the pool was a wonderful bonus. We very much enjoyed our stay there!

The outdoor area was fun, easy to access, and equipment simple to use. We enjoyed it very much! The house could have been a bit cleaner and our granddaughter got cut on some broken glass in the bedroom. While vacuuming, we found more that got missed. We enjoyed ourselves, though.

The house was clean, very spacious and comfortable for 7 adults. It had a nice array of spices and staples for cooking. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice area for outdoor walks too. The heated pool is a nice addition to enjoy during the cooler temps. Highly recommend this house.

Just returned from our week-long trip to Arizona to visit with family for Thanksgiving. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it! The location of the home is perfect, close to all things we wanted to do and see. Would definitely recommend!

We were visiting our son at college. The house had everything as expected. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy driving distance to anything in Surprise. We would definitely come back.

This home was better than pictured. I loved the house plan, backyard with the grass area and pool. It was a perfect place for our stay. I would definitely recommend

Loved everything about it. Fully furnished. Wouldn't need to bring anything as everything was there already. Grill was a nice addition so we didn't eat out all the time. Great location. The pool was a favorite with the kids as we spent hours in it. They especially loved the slide. Fun watching the fighter jets fly over while laying in the pool. Lots of room in the house with lots of tv's. Many bathrooms. Close to lots of shopping and places to eat. Didn't do any golfing or baseball games but would be a perfectly spot to stay if you were in Surprise for these reasons. Great communication with property manager. Would high recommend this location and look to come back her sometime in the future.

We had us and two other family couples come to Surpirse for a graduation. This was a great house with several gathering rooms and a wonderful pool outside. Couldn't have been better, would highly recommend this property.
