4 Mi to Port Charlotte Beach Park: Gem w/ Pool

Paul & Connie were great hosts! Very accommodating! The property is exactly as advertised. Kitchen and dining area are very large and had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and large screen TV. Entire house is very spacious. We definitely hope to return!

The house was wonderful. Our family really enjoyed all of the amenities the house has to offer. we are looking forward to staying again next year for our granddaughters swimming competition.

Nice home! Kitchen was outstanding!

Everything was very clean and well kept. The heated pool was at a temp where we were swimming in 56 degree weather and perfectactly comfortable, a very pleasant surprise! Very roomy with separated gathering areas which makes this a great rental for larger groups. Overstocked with pots and pans, utensils, plates, etc., as well as kitchen tools. We highly recommend this VRBO property.

The kitchen was a chef’s dream, had everything you needed to prepare any meal. Host was easygoing and available if needed. Hot tub and pool were warm and very nice.

The host was very welcoming and provided fishing rods at our request.

We had everything we needed and more! The pool was such a highlight for our preschooler. The adults enjoyed using the kitchen and coffee bar. The home was so well stocked, I'm not sure I've ever seen another rental with so much to make us comfortable. Dishwasher and laundry detergent, snacks, coffee, condiments, and even stacks and stacks of towels in the bathroom closets. The property is so pretty, everyone should make sure to check out the backyard. So serene. Check in was easy and check out wasn't demanding. We had a great stay!

Paul and Connie are very responsive for anything that may comes up. This is my second stay at this house. It hs all the amenities you will need. Quiet neighborhood.

The house has a fabulous kitchen, huge frig, 4 ovens, microwave and pretty much anything you want or need. The bedrooms were clean and the pool was great. We had coffee, condiments and snacks waiting for us and nice. Two separate living rooms and tv room with a big dinette where we dined & played card games. quiet neighborhood close to everything. Would definitely rent again

This was the 10th year of our annual sibling trip. This house was wonderful and the most fully stocked, clean and ready for our stay that we have ever had! It was stocked fully with paper products, bottled water, some snacks, numerous small appliances, etc. The beds were clean, the grill was clean and the pool was great. The location was great ... close to many stores as needed and close to Fisherman's Village where we rented a pontoon boat. Also about an hour or more to Amakolee casino and to the Gulf coast.When texting with the owner, his response was immediate. Fabulous trip and great house!

Our family enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was one of the largest houses in the neighborhood with a double lot that had a bigger back yard than anyone else. There was lost of kitchen ware to cook almost anything you can think of.We did have an issue with the Wifi that the owners did have the ISP address and fix within a few house. We also had a few days we couldn't use the pool because it had to be shocked. But both are just how things go and we dont the owners.

The house was very spacious with so many nice amenities!The kitchen was like a treasure hunt and very fun to cook in. The entire house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The pool was fun, gas grill excellent and we didn't even see the back yard until the next day. Huge house and property, the kids ( 5 & 2) loved playing hide and seek back there. No worries for us as it was all fenced in. Very well stocked with supplies. Nice touches were a welcome note, snacks, water, soap, shampoo, lotion, and more... (too many to list) Outstanding communication with owners. Great place to stay with family.

When you drive up to the house, it looks like there is no way the space can hold all of those rooms but when you walk in, the home is so spacious! It truly is a chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with every utensil and gadget you would need. The home is clean, and it is so cozy and well decorated. The beds are comfortable which is always hard to know from a description. We loved the pool and it was so relaxing and warm! Great place and would highly recommend! Probably the best VRBO that we have stayed in 10 years!

This was one of the best we stayed at. It had everything we needed. The house was clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect. Bedding was comfortable. I can’t say enough nice things about this house or the hosts. This is near my dad and I hope to stay here again. Thank you!

Unfortunately we had to travel for a funeral. But in the midst of grief family members were reunited and able to stay in this spacious home. There’s large rooms and extra roll out mattresses in the couch. The back yard is also a lovely place to pray and meditate. We were able to make the best of a difficult time. This home played a huge role in that.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We spent many hours in the heated pool. The location was good, close to family who live in Port Charlotte. Kitchen was great to cook in.We were very happy with this stay. Hosts were very easy to work with and allowed a late check out which was so appreciated

This property was great to stay in. Plenty of room for the whole family, the heated pool was awesome even on a cold week in Florida. The wide-open floor plan was ideal to watch football and TV with the family. I would highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful home while in Port Charlotte for a family member’s memorial service. The home was perfect for my family and we felt very comfortable and there was nothing this house lacked. Would definitely highly recommend this home for a stay.

We immediately loved this house. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything imaginable. Loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Pool temperature was nice and warm. Hot tub perfect as well. We had a question for the hosts, and response was almost immediate. We had 5 women in our group. Beds were very comfortable and sheets so soft. Even I slept well. (I have extreme insomnia). I would highly recommend this rental!! We’re already talking about going again next year.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was so comfortable and well stocked with anything needed. We could not get over the size of the kitchen as well as the house overall!

When we pulled up to the house, it looked small feom outside. Once we got inside, the house was very spacious and extended quite a ways beyond what we expected from the photos. Our girls had their own wing of the house and loved the space to spread out out. Our son had his own king room with an ensuite, as did my husband and I. The only things that were different was that the TV was missing from the large master suite and some of the livingroom furniture appeared to be updated from the photos. Our stay was wonderful and it was quite awesome to be in an outdoor pool on Christmas (we are from Minnesota)! The owners had so many things stocked for us to enjoy during our stay that were unexpected, but very lovely. I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable bed! We would most definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place to cook, visit and sleep!

We stayed for our annual golf trip. This house was excellent! The best we have stayed at! The hosts were excellent at communicating and most accommodating. They had breakfast snacks and coffee ready at the place! This place is 5 stars! Thank you to the hosts for giving us this opportunity to stay and play golf!
