4 Mi to Olde Town Arvada! Dog-Friendly Home, Yard

House is very nice. Location is excellent, right next to city parks and schools so great for dog walking.Only issue was that the master bed sheets were dirty and unchanged from previous visitor. Dishes, pots, silverware were greasy, i.e. rinsed but not washed.

A lovely and thoughtfully appointed residence on a quiet street with a Target within walking distance for essentials.Our family enjoyed our stay.

We leased this home while we were in Colorado for a wedding and loved every minute there. The house, location, and amenities were perfect! The house was very clean and the owner was extremely helpful and attentive. The location is perfect. There are walking paths everywhere with playgrounds. If you have little ones, we recommend the fire house park! The home smelled AMAZING! The beds were extremely comfortable with nice pillows. The only thing we would recommend for this home is having pizza pans, a list of local favorites in the welcome book, and review book. Very minor but something we love when we travel to places. We higy recommend this home and owner!!!

We had a wonderful time at this location. There was plenty of space with two living rooms, two bathrooms, and the bedrooms. The kitchen take was large and comfortable. All of the kitchen amenities were in great shape and included everything we needed to cook meals. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend this location! Especially for families.

We enjoyed our stay in Arvada at Justin’s house, it was an easy drive to Red Rocks and near old town Arvada.We had everything we needed and the house was great for our trip.Justin also responded quickly to our questions.

My husband and I, along with our adult son and his dog, enjoyed staying at this property. Since we were visiting our son who lives in an apartment in Arvada, my husband and I decided to rent this house to provide more space for all of us. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and had a nice back yard for us to enjoy (especially my son's active dog). We liked walking around the many paths in the area. The house was neat and clean and had what we needed during our stay.

Perfect location. Convenient to everything in the Denver area.

This was the ideal place to stay on a Thanksgiving week with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and modern upgrades to every room in the house. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a comfortable place to stay

We loved the house. We have stayed in three other houses in Arvada and this one was our favorite. We are usually only two people, so the size of this home felt perfect for us - although it could easily accommodate more people. The layout is great with good spaces for gathering or being separate. It is definitely a pet-friendly home. The backyard was great for my dogs and I knew they were safe when they were outside. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. I am looking forward to my next stay in this home.

The location was ideal, and the home itself was immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Kitchen and bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms were updated. This was home base while visiting our son in CO. We loved having A/C it was a warm week. Leaves were just turning and gorgeous around the property. Minor things, no Kleenex and no ice cubes, otherwise everything was great!

The ranch was nicely updated. Easy accessibility to stores. Floors, rugs and couches were stained. Needed cleaning. Yard needs attention

This house was clean, and the Central A/C was so appreciated in the summer warmth. It's close to Old town Arvada, also Meow Wolf, sports venues, and we toured colleges for our son nearby. Loved that we could also bring our pup to this dog-friendly home. A great stay!

We rented the home to meet and be with our new grandson. This home was perfect! We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay around Denver. Close to everything, private backyard, updated, comfortable!

This home is clean and welcoming! The layout was perfect for the two families we had staying there…Grandparents could be with the kiddos or not. Rooms were large and comfortable! The host was very friendly and VERY available, responded very quickly! I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!!

This was the perfect location for a family wedding in Golden. Our family was able to come in and out as needed. Reasonable commute from the airport, only 20 mins from Denver, Golden and Boulder! The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find, conveniently located in town near grocery stores and food. Justin, the owner, was quick to respond and accommodating! We were beyond comfortable for our week-long stay!

The house was just as pictured, very nice! The communication with the contact person was EXCELLENT! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this location and house. It was easy to travel to Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks, even Rocky Mountain National Park!
