Stayed Dec 18, 2025Cozy place, pool table and a pool, What more can you ask for?! Everything was a very short drive to include all the big name restaurants, all 5-15 minutes away. Was there for a soccer tournament at the IMG academy for my nephew. No issues to report, would stay there again, great price, beats a hotel room where you typically share one room.

Stayed Oct 21, 2025This was the perfect place to choose for my short stay in Bradenton. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The pool was refreshing and relaxing as the surroundings were quite stunning. The backyard is a perfect place to wind down after a long day.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025The owner Michael was great and quick toanswer questions. Home was very clea but spotty wifi. Could not use wifi outside by the pool and froze often in the bedroom. My suggestion is to get wifi extenders that plug into a couple outlets. They are cheap and work well to cover house and property better. Everything else was great!

Stayed Mar 6, 2024We had a wonderful time at Mike’s house. The house was open, bright and clean. We had access to the pool table, backyard and pool. Beautiful weather helped make the trip perfect. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was a huge hit. It was VERY private and relaxing. High fencing is covered with flower and bushes, it was beautifully landscaped. In top of the backyard, the screened in porch was amazing at night. Mike said we could have a fire if we wanted, but the screened porch was enough for us. Mike does live on property, but who cares! He is in a separate unit and when we locked ourselves out of the house, it was PERFECT to have him next door. He was right there to help us. My husband and I are already talking about coming back and using Mike’s property again. Thank you!!

Stayed Nov 15, 2023Place was great. It was clean and there was plenty of space at a reasonable price. There are a lot of restaurants right around the corner.
