The master bathroom shower did not have hot water

Had a great stay at this property. Clean and well stocked. Was the perfect place for us to be able to keep our boat in the extended driveway. House is very close to 2 boat ramps. Met the host, Virginia, on our way in and she was accommodating and nice to talk to. The website showed the 3rd bedroom as 2 separate twin beds, but that has now been replaced with a trundle/day bed if that matters to anyone. It was fine for us but thought renters should be aware. Would stay here again!

Had the perfect week with the family and dogs! Less than 10 minutes from multiple beach access. Quiet neighborhood and very nice pool made the days melt away.

My honey and I were looking for a quiet, tropical getaway and found it at this lovely home.

The house was very clean and nice. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you will need to prepare a big meal for your family. The backyard is completely private and the neighborhood is amazing. It’s so nice and quiet. Perfect for walking my dog around in the early morning. Really the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the hot water in the master doesn’t work and either did the hot tub. Other than that it was very nice. If your taking a dog the closest “beach” is 40 minutes. None of the public beaches allow dogs?

The property was very clean. It was close to shops and beach, very convenient. Diane was great to work with as the liaison as well as the owner. Had an issue the first day but it was resolved by day 2. Would definitely rent this house again.

Didnt get the chance to use the hot tub attached to the pool as we couldn't figure out how to get it to turn on or use it. Some instructions would have been nice instead of a small note of when something operated at certain times. It was either chilly, cold or raining to go to the beach so the pool was a plus. The house was very peaceful. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much despite the weather we ran into in Florida. Thank you for letting my family stay in your beautiful home.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The location was absolutely perfect! We were within 5-10 minutes of Walmart, multiple fast food places and the beach which was very much not crowded at all & absolutely beautiful! The inside of the home was very clean. Only complaint was some of the glasses seemed a bit dirty but nothing a little wash couldn’t take care of. The pool was very nice but we did have an issue with the jets. We could not figure out how to turn them on so we messaged our contact and they replied that they were on a timer but they did not know when they come on and off. Not a huge inconvenience, just would’ve been nice to be mentioned. The only other issue we had was the lawn crew. We were not aware people would just be walking into the backyard weed eating while we were in the pool. After messaging our contact, they did inform us that it was in the guest book which we had not seen. The main issue there was the fact they left the gates open & our dog ran straight past them out into the road. We could have put our dog up if we had known. Thankfully we got him back but the lawn people also did not mention a word to us that our dog had ran past them and out of the gate. We had assumed the shut the gate. We got him back easily considering we noticed him missing in a matter of 2-3 mins. He had not gone out of the front yard but it just would have been nice to get a txt heads up about this. Overall the place was wonderful & our family had a great time!
