Our family had a fantastic stay and the host, Alesia, was incredibly accommodating and quickly responsive. We visited with three generations of our family, including two children under two, and the house was perfectly suited. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Everything was perfect! The house and amenities was outstanding. Alesia made for a perfect host. The private beach was great. It was centrally located from the airport annd Georgetown. Exuma did not disappoint.

The Kitchen had everything we could possibly want, the beach views from every room was over the top amazing.Clean and very relaxing. we enjoyed the beach everyday, the decks and the veranda. easy access to town and the airport. this home was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

House was spectacular. Tar Bay beach never disappoints. Alesia was very attentive throughout booking process and stay. To the point where she delivered a brand new gas grill without us even asking. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We came with two other couples to enjoy a 40th birthday trip. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. We had excellent communication with the owners as well. The beach was so lovely, we spent every morning sitting on the back porch admiring the crystal clear waters. We had particularly windy weather while we were there so the waves in our beach area were pretty rough all week, but we still enjoyed the water none the less. An amazing birthday trip and would come back in a heartbeat!

- House marketed as a 5 star experience. I’d give it a 3. House was not ready for guest arrival. AC was turned off and outside temperature was 90 degrees. It took hours for the thermostat to adjust. - The split AC unit in the casita bedroom was covered in mold and the entire room smelled of mold. The room was not cooling after an hour of turning the unit on as we were assured that it would. We called the house manager back and he was condescending and rude regarding our concerns of breathing mold. After 3 hours of waiting, he had an HVAC technician come and clean the unit. We had to cancel dinner reservations because it was too hot for any of us to shower and get ready. Cleanliness of house was not satisfactory. We found crumbs and sticky debris on counter in kitchen. Crumbs and food debris inside kitchen drawers. Bath towels smelled like mildew. - The stove hood, ceiling fans and AC vents were covered in dust. -The host totally unprepared us for the lack of resources available on the island. After booking and after cancellation window had passed- we got an info sheet stating that water outages were common but only at night. “That’s island life”. We ended up being without water for 12 hours at one point. That should be disclosed prior to booking. Most importantly, there was no mention of the lack of healthcare on the island. After assisting in the rescue of a man hit by a boat in front of the house, we learned that there is no ambulance or hospital personnel readily ava

After visiting for our fourth time, we look forward to a fifth. Most of the upkeep in and on the home is terrific. The location is nice and private. Any small issues that we have ever had were addressed quickly. The locals are great. After four years we have made some good relationships. Our family has always had a wonderful time in Exuma. We can hardly wait until our next stay!

The property was amazing. It had great outdoor space and the beach was amazing. Had wonderful walks with beautiful views of the ocean. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Normal the housekeeper was also a pleasure to work with.

I couldn't imagine another place like Exuma Bahamas. Not only was it a perfect paradise, but the house we stayed in was perfect. Private, spacious, beachfront, and all the amenities plus more! Thanks for providing such a beautiful home for a beautiful place. We will be back.

The home is exactly as Alesia described. Beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The ample supply of water toys made enjoying the beach fun for everyone.

From the moment that you open the front door you will be enamored with the expansive view of the Caribbean Sea. The pictures do not fully capture the beauty and magnificence of the Sea Glass house setting. The home was perfect for us as we had 4 couples and we each were able to enjoy our own private master suite. The beach is literally outside your door and the soft white sand makes for perfect walks. The home is well equipped as Alesia has thought of everything from spices and seasonings to beach toys and chairs. If you’re visiting Exuma, the tastefully decorated Sea Glass Beach House is a great home base to do it from. Our group loved everything about it and Alesia provided some great recommendations and information prior to our arrival that made our trip even better.

Clean, safe, well decorated, well stocked kitchen. With plenty to cook with and great views. My wife and I took our kids down to the Bahamas for a few nights to get away during school break time and had a wonderful time. Great Exuma is a quiet island and this house sits near Georgetown so easy to get to the grocery store( or you can have them delivered) There are a decent number of restaurant choices on the island. Our family is happy sitting and reqding on the back porch or beach all day but we could be busy all day too seeing parts of the area. This house has a lot of amenities that they have for your stay that were great touches for the days at the house. We needed a few small questions answered and got a quick response. Beautiful home located in a super convenient location in Great Exuma. Best equipped kitchen in any rental I'ved stayed in. The 2 identical master bedrooms were ocean front and perfect for couples. The 3rd bedroom upstairs was a bit tight, and the bathroom was not good for taller adults. The casita above the garage was nicely decorated, and spacious. Home owner was very responsive and had plenty of tips and suggestions to help us settle in and enjoy our vacation on this beautiful island. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. We had a leak in the kitchen and called the property manager and they responded in 15 minutes too look at the problem. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I wish we had was a private pool and rented a vehicle. Overall this place was amazing!!

Seaglass Beach house did not disappoint! Alesia and Patrick are very great hosts. Awesome location, house sits right on the beach with pristine blue water and white send. Everything about the stay was flawless! The property is clean and well maintained!

House was in the BEST location. Constant breeze, beautiful quiet beach, reef for snorkeling. The house is beautiful, large and extremely well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more. The online pictures don’t do it justice. 10/10 ⭐️
