4 KING beds-POOL/Spa-10 min to airport /strip, 1 mile to In&Out/shopping/grocery

Excellent all around. Smooth and easy process. Never a moment that the ball was dropped.

Second time I have stayed here and second time it was a great stay. The host is attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay again

House is very clean House has lots of king beds and large rooms Bathrooms are greatBackyard is phenomenal Location is easy to find and lots of options around We would recommend this place The owners were very easy and friendly and checking on us to make sure things were great Check-in and check out were so easy Would stay again

Our group of 9 really enjoyed the property. The back yard is wonderful. The nights and mornings were cool enough to enjoy the hot tub. Don't forget to bring your beach towels. Breakfasts on the patio. Close to a Smith's (Kroger). Quiet neighborhood.

Great stay! The location was perfect — close to both the airport and the Vegas Strip. We loved having the pool and jacuzzi, and the check-in/check-out process was super smooth. The host’s communication was unmatched — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay again!

Excellent stay at this lovely home. The owners are exceptionally attentive and look out for all your needs. The pool and hot tub are lovely, and the shuffleboard created many a fun evening. Food stores, airport and strip all very close.

Loved this place! Great for my family of six. Used the pool and hot tub most days. Convenient location - near places to eat, Walmart, coffee shops, and only 15 minutes to the strip. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Pool was great, although I tried to turn heat on hot tub, but didn’t work. I didn’t get in touch with you because it was getting late and no one really cared. Kitchen had everything we needed. Could use another night stand by the bed in the lower level. Host was very attentive

Good for families! Pool was a good size and the depth of the pool made for a safe stay where kiddos can play. The pool was also treated perfectly without over doing it on chemicals. The location was super convenient to everything you would ever need. Easy uber ride to the strip too. Seems like a silly thing to point out but I love that the water heater was amazing at this house. You literally could run 6 people through showers and not a single person had cold water. This makes a massive difference when you’re rinsing off after pool time. The hosts were very responsive and answered questions quickly. Anything we needed resolved was handled in a timely manner.

Attentive host, clean property, easy arrival instructions

It was great

House had everything you need and instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Great rental for 7 adults and baby. Good location and quiet neighborhood.

The house was clean and comfortable.

Great trip. Great host. Pool and hot tub were nice. Short 15 minute drive to the strip.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! Great location and close to everything we needed! The hosts were wonderful and always checking in to make sure our needs were met. The pool was a necessity, especially with 100 degrees that we were met with. Hope to be back soon!!

Everything was as advertised. Plenty of parking. Large kitchen and nice patio area near pool.

The home was in good shape and was just as advertised. It was close to where we were working and in a great neighborhood.

Ideal location and the home is lovely, with a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Great pool, hot tub and outdoor space.

We recently stayed with a group of 8 adults and this house was perfect for our group very spacious and the back yard with the pool and hot tub is a beautiful space to sit back and relax with friends

Clean, quiet …. Perfect for a get away.

We were very satisfied and comfortable great place to party or simply relax and kick back very nice and quiet neighborhood

We rented this property to celebrate Thanksgiving with our out of town family. We were 7 adults, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The dining room table seated 8, and we had plenty of room for all of the food that we prepared in the large kitchen. The house was very clean and neat when we arrived, with all the amenities that we needed. The driveway can easily fit three cars, and the house is located in a nice residential neighborhood. The open concept of the house was great, and made for lots of room for everyone. The outdoor patio in the backyard was great for morning coffee and the grill was easy to use. The property manager was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our text messages. We highly recommend this property!

The house was great. There was lots of room, great bedrooms and bathrooms, gathering spaces, and kitchen. The setting was great and the backyard very relaxing on the patio and around the pool. The owners were very courteous and proactive with communications and information! We walked to some nearby (1/2 mile) restaurants, and we took Uber everywhere else - seriously, only a 10-minute drive to everything! Great house and amenities! We would stay here again.

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! Close to lots of great restaurants and the airport. Also an easy drive to the strip if you want to take in the nightlife!

House is cool and location is close to everything.
