The host was very welcoming and amenities were great.

I have stayed many times in the Palm Coast area and absolutely love the Hammock Dunes areas near the water. I highly recommend this property and host. it was super clean, well equipped, large and comfortable and the host was fantastic. My family and friends all had an amazing and relaxing stay.

The house was amazing. All three floors and bedrooms fit our eight adults comfortably. We had plenty of community space and great privacy when we wanted to go to our own floor.

Comfortable with all the amenities. Just 2 houses from the pool and beach access. Great for families.

Bob is very responsive and communicates well. The house was very clean, comfortable and the floor plan was ideal for our family. We’ve stayed in this wonderful community many times over the years. We can highly recommend this house. The location is ideal since the club house, pools and beach are so close. The elevator is a nice touch, making it so much easier to settle in the house with all our luggage and grocery bags. Thank you Bob for a wonderful time.

The property was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect to access community pools and beach. We will likely book again for spring break next year.

We loved our stay at this property! The proximity to the pools and beach were exceptional! Issues that did come up during our stay were responded to quickly and resolved.

The house is spacious with lots of room for everything. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of privacy and great spaces for all of us including main living area, first floor living room, decks and firepit area out back.The home was clean and well-equipped and the owner was easy to deal with and very responsive. The development was quiet and had two excellent pool areas and the beach was just 100 feet away.

Plenty of room and very comfortable. We have been coming to this area for the last ten years and this was by far everyone’s favorite. Well equipped kitchen, large dining table, built in gas grill on first level patio. Plenty of games for kids, beach toys, boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, umbrellas.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The location and gated community amenities were excellent. We had a wonderful time!!!

My sisters and I were here for my 70th birthday and it was perfect. Extra bonus was the elevator for our disabled family members. Communication with Bob was easy and quick. Totally recommend his palce!

Went for a long weekend with our adult children, their spouses, and our granddaughters. It’s a perfect house for families because there is enough room for everyone to have their own space. House was very clean and well equipped.

Our family of ten had a great time on vacation at Cinnamon Beach! Plenty of space for all to have private time and nice size spaces for gathering together. The house is only a short walk to both pools and beach access.

The location was perfect! We went north to St. Augustine and south to Daytona easily. Good restaurants in the area. It’s a wonderful place to walk and ride bikes.

We had a wonderful trip to Oliver’s Hideaway! The house was wonderful and completely stocked perfectly. The owner was very responsive. Very easy and convenient beach access. We would definitely visit again! You won’t go wrong booking Oliver’s Hideaway!
