Great space for the price. Loved the games downstairs, outdoor lighting, and plenty of space. Great for a family with kids.

Excellent stay although it is located close to a busy street. You cannot hear the traffic in the home. It is very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. It is very convenient to restaurants and activities. Also, the beds were very comfortable. Thank you.

It was a wonderful location within walking distance to favorable area for Broad Ripple. Was happy to be able to bring our kids’ dog.

I do not usually leave reviews, but I think people should be aware of this when looking to rent this property. I told the owner that we were traveling from the east coast and may arrive an hour early. I asked if we got in one hour early if we could “check in.” He said no because the cleaning crew would still be busy. When we arrived at the property there was trash outside and upon entering we found the floors sticky and dirt and trash left around the house. Clearly no one had been in yet to clean. We were tired and worn out from the trip so instead of waiting until the next day for another cleaner, we went ahead and vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned all surfaces. We washed all bedding because it was not clean. There were hairs and one sheet had a band aid stuck to it. The kitchen did not have one clean pan as those had layers of grime as well. He said he would “pay me back the cleaning fee and then some.” However, a few weeks later I found that he had given back 50. I understand that everyone can tolerate different levels of cleanliness, but this was gross. He said he was hiring a new cleaning crew, so hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

The activities available in the basement were fun for our kids. Also, the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have enough seating in the main living room, dining room, & family room downstairs for a family of 5.

This was a wonderful dog-friendly home with a cute fenced in yard and a beautiful neighborhood for going on walks. We were attending an event at the fairgrounds, and the location was perfect - an easy ten minute drive. All four bedrooms are really nice, with comfy beds.

Home was clean and everything was as stated. Neighborhood is nice and with a short walk you can be at restaurants and such.

We planned a little road trip for the kids before school started. Stayed for two nights as we wanted a whole day to spend at the children's museum. House is just as described. Near the museum and amenities like grocery shopping and getting gas. Appeared to be a safe neighborhood. House is near a busier intersection but remains quiet once inside the house. Appreciated that since I am a light sleeper at night. Check in was easy and host was responsive. No complaints here, what we needed for our road trip.

We just stayed one night. It was a great place. Very clean. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed three nights at this property. The beds were all comfortable with nice bedding. The kitchen was adequate for all of our food prep needs. The house had a variety of games including a shuffleboard table which gave us many options for entertainment. We appreciated the clear instructions including the check-in information, the house rules, and check-out list. There were notes around the house regarding light switches, doors, and the auxiliary AC which were helpful. Communication with our host was excellent.

3 friends and I stayed here for one evening. The property owner was extremely easy to communicate with and replied quickly to any and all inquiries before and after I booked. The home was comfortable and spacious. I know the bed I slept in was more comfortable than most beds at a hotel. We traveled with two full size pickup trucks with boats. Although it was a little tight, we managed to get both into the driveway.All the neighbors walking through were very kind. Very nice neighborhood. We were able to walk just a few blocks away have a great meal at Binkley's Kitchen and Bar. This is a place I'll definitely try to book again in the future!

This is a Cute Home in a beautiful Neighborhood. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our kids and the dog to roam. The driveway was big enough to fit two full-size trucks and an SUV. Street parking was available in front of the house, too, but it was nice to have all vehicles in the driveway as well. Inside, the bathroom was clean and updated. Rooms looked to have new carpet and had plenty of space.

Check in was easy. Lucas was very responsive. Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the basement amentites!

When we arrived, the house smelled like gas. After checking with the host, we made the decision to stay in a hotel. The property was okay, but not what we expected. The host was prompt in responding to our questions and empathetic toward our concerns, and offered to cancel the reservation and try to refund some of our money if someone else booked the property for part of our stay.

Very lovely old home that our family enjoyed very much. It comes with all the same difficulties of being in an old home, like temperature control, noise levels, etc., but it's still holds that old home charm as well, with some very much appreciated updates. Our kids loved the basement with all the games as ways to fill in time between activities. Would stay at again.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The house was well equipped and we enjoyed the game room in the basement. The location was close to a grocery and restaurants.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area and it was good for that. The home is old and not updated which wasn’t a problem but people should be aware. The attention to detail was lacking. Neighborhood was great.
