The home was perfect. Plenty of towels, nice beds and bedding. The pool was fantastic! The home was a quick 20 minutes to Disney!

Debbie responded to all inquires we had during our stay in a timely manner. The house is in a very nice area and looked exactly like the pictures indicated. We have stayed at places where the pictures where taken years before, in better condition. The house is beautiful, my only complaint would be that there were only 2 rolls of TP stocked in the house. If that's all you have to complain about then that means the home was worth the cost to rent.

Everything was as advertised. Great kitchen with enough pots, pans, etc to cook there. The place was very clean and the hosts were easy to work with. Thank you!

Beautiful home, exactly as described.

House was spotless, free of clutter that I always have to put away because of a 1 year old. Pool was heated perfect, plenty of towels provided. Debbie responded so fast every single time. We enjoyed the game room also!

The pool was absolutely wonderful and warm! The house was very clean and the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. This place made our Christmas in Florida with family a joy. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall a great place to stay, but it would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner.

Location was fantastic and house was well designed and comfortable. Owner was responsive and helpful. Only issue was it could’ve been a little cleaner, especially the bathrooms. Pillows on the bed need to be replaced as they’re very yellow and stained. But definitely not a big issue. Would definitely stay again!!!

Excellent villa and ideal for visiting Disney, whilst Universal and NASA also within range.Property and pool were clean and plenty of room for a family of five. Games room in the garage was also a bonus.

Great location!!! Did day trips to the beach and disney area. Everything you needed for your vacation was in the house. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Pool floats included.

We have stayed at other properties within this neighborhood but this is by far the best one. It was nicely updated and SO clean. We love having our own pool and it is so close to the parks that we often take breaks to come back and relax and then return later in the day.The home is located so close to restaurants, groceries, and stores. The guidebook located when you walk in was super helpful for all information needed. Debbie is responsive and kind to all concerns and messages. She takes time to work through any and all issues. Will likely be renting again if this is available when we return.

We had a wonderful time at this home. I appreciated the kitchen with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a meal. It had plenty of room for our large family and our children really enjoyed the pool. It was in a quiet location but still close to Disney.We would definitely stay here again.

Home is fully loaded with towels strollers bbq dishes etc. Very clean , mangement are awesome to deal with. Great location for disney resturants shopping highways. Nice pool. And hawks and bunnies in the back greenspace.

House is in a quiet area yet just a short drive to all amenities. House is clean and spacious. Nice pool and games in the garage to keep kids entertained.

The house was just what we expected based on pictures shown in listing. The home is clean and well updated. It was only my wife and I but this home could easily accommodated 2 families of 4. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Better than some others we have stayed at in the past in the Disney area. We did universal and Epcot and the drives were short and easy. I would recommend the promenade at sunset walk area for a night of food and drinks. 10 minutes from the house and on Friday nights they have an outdoor area with food, drinks and music. Also family friendly.

The house is beautiful and well equipped, which made our stay really comfortable. The pool had a nice temperature and we loved that it was overlooking a little forest, giving us a feeling of privacy. We can definitely recommend this place and we would love to stay here again sometime.

We loved the closeness to the disney parks and the ease of getting to the property. The house was well appointed and the beds, although a little on the firm side were still comfortable. The private pool was nice and we really had no complaints with the property. The older members in our party loved the recliners after a long day at the park!

I rented this for a Disney vacation.Wanted to go with my wife and family, but family sadly had some stuff come up.This house was amazing to stay at with my wife!Very close to Disney, very clean and has a game room in the garage!!Property owner responded same day with a response to my question. I will stay here again. 10/10

This was our first trip to Orlando. From the very first enquiry to Debbie, to leaving the villa at the end of our stay has been a great experience. If we have had a question Debbie has answered it and even when we had a slight issue with our internet and TV”s, Debbie promptly got it sorted and they were fixed within 3 hours. The Villa is clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.The Gould’s

Property was nice and advertised

The rental met all our needs but there was a problem with the thermostat where it would not register temp changes in a timely manner. The problem made the indoor humidity vary from between 47% and 75% with the thermostat remaining at 73 degrees displaying circulating air. This made the house very uncomfortable or chilly with little in between and trying to sleep when it feels like 80 due to the thermostat not sensing the change in temp and humidity uncomfortable. If the HVAC system worked properly the stay would be 5 stars across the board.

The owner (and her family) are the best hosts we’ve ever had. The property is far enough from the tourism but close enough to enjoy all Orlando has to offer. Save yourself the headache of expensive resorts (we’ve done those too). Plenty of space, VERY well organized property, all we needed were our groceries and our itinerary!

We had a great time and will be back soon.

Beautiful home that suited my family of 4 very well. We loved the private pool! Also, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We found it was closer to 15-18 minutes to get to Disney World from this home. And we had an issue with the keypad not working the one evening, but they were quick to send someone from property management to replace battery in keypad. We would stay here again!
