• This single-story home requires a half step for initial entry. A step-free entrance is also available at the front door, which can be unlocked from inside the home
• Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras:
1 camera is located on the front gate facing the gate entrance, 1 camera is located on the front of the home facing the road to the property,
2 cameras are located on the sides of the garage facing the driveway, 1 camera is located on the well house facing the back of the home, and 1 camera is located on a fence post facing the backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces and record video and sound when activated by motion.
• The homeowner lives on-site, in a completely separate home on the 1-acre property, and may be present during your stay
• The swim spa is not available for guest use
