We had a lovely time! The host was very responsive in dealing with any questions. We had a minor issue with electricity and Jade was right on it! The weather was amazing and the location was perfect for walking to food, shopping and the beach! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Host was amazing, answered several questions we had quickly, and super friendly. Perfext location, we walked everywhere our entire trip. Near the beach and so many great restaurants nearby. Will be back!

THIS condo was just awesome! We truly loved everything about it! Our highlight was being able to cook in the kitchen that had everything we needed and the hot tub on the rooftop. The location was fantastic! We also LOVED the pickle ball courts right outside our door! Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect location for a stay at the beach. Walking distance to a world class beach, great resturants, fun bars, night life, sports (pickelball, basketball, and tennis courts) and shopping. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms for a large group. Rooftop patio has fantastic views. Kitchen is good sized. For parking we were able to squeeze 4 cars, 2 cars in the garage (it was within inches) and 2 cars in the driveway. Lots of bech gear in the garage.A few critisims I have are the unit felt like a rental or used: chipped paint, dinged walls and small damages like that are found throughout. This unit needs a small facelift to refresh it. The hot tob was a chlorine bath and caused us all to start coughing when we removed the cover so we did not use it. The bunk bed is definitely made for children and not adults. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would go back without hesitation. Don't let my small critisims hold you back from a unforgetable stay.

Great location

I chose this property due to proximity to the venue of my wedding. It was spacious and provided the room we needed but it was rather warm on the upper floors, even following the directive to keep the doors of the master suite closed. It was too hot outside to be hot inside too. There was an area at the top of the master suite stairs that had lifted and it was a potential hazard but overall, it met our needs.

We had a wonderful stay in the Townhouse. We had enough space to spread out. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. It was a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive. We can’t wait for our next visit to Clearwater Beach!

We had the best time. The condo was perfect fit for our family of 8. We were just an easy 1 block off the beach. We were an easy stroll to shops for souvenirs and maybe a 15 minute drive to Publix for groceries.There was a big traffic jam getting on the Clearwater Beach during the 4th of July- the causeway was bumper to bumper but once on the island- traffic wasn’t that bad.We had a 4 bedroom condo- plenty of room for everyone. We’d stay there again.

Owners were great to work with! The place was great! We enjoyed a week of walking distance to the beach with all ages down to two!Swimming out to the sandbar allowed us to find many sand dollars!We would definitely recommend and come back! All the amenities make this a great place to come back to after a long day at the beach.

Location was perfect for a quick family trip. Everything function well and the unit was well equipped.

The townhome is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is great, and such an easy walk to the beach. the owner was very easy to reach and gave great directions for before, during, and departure. We had a wonderful time there, and the elevator was very handy. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is as advertised. Clean, nicely furnished, and great view. The elevator is small, very slow but functional.

We gave our kids a beach vacation for Christmas and were so excited to be at the beach. The townhouse was perfect- the kitchen was great to cook in- the roof top patio was amazing. You have views of sunrise and sunset. The host had a wagon to take chairs and towels to the beach naming it easy to go relax and enjoy our time.

We enjoyed the townhouse. It was well equipped and clean. The location is ideal with the beach, pool, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. We would book it again.
