Stayed Jun 13, 2025We absolutely loved the property and would stay again. The host was super quick to respond with any concerns and quickly rectified the only one we had during our stay. The downstairs was the best place to hang out, and all the beds were super comfortable!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It is just lovely. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were perfect for the number of people we had in our party (7-10). There is plenty of seating and things to do at the house that the beach is as just an added bonus. Trent was quickly on top of any of our questions or concerns. Hot tub was awesome. The grill is the only thing that we were not all that happy about. It had not been cleaned very well. We spent a good bit of time cleaning it up in order to use it. If you use it, be sure to tell Trent so he reminds the cleaners to give it some love. For anyone that is looking to stay on Boliver, remember that most of the houses are on a septic system. Respect this system as you do not want to backing up on your vacation!!!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Wonderful location, close to everything. Property was just as listed. Plenty of chairs and toys to keep kids entertained. They even had a wagon to use to carry everything to the beach.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025We stayed for a short spring break getaway with close friends. The home was super clean, decorated so nicely and well appointed. Literally bring your clothes and food and you're set! The mattresses and linens are luxury hotel quality. Downstairs is set up perfectly to grill, soak and hangout playing games. We will be back!.
