This was a beautiful home with great owners. We had such a great time. We will for sure be returning.

Front Row was a wonderful stay! This is a beautiful home that has everything you need. Games for kids, a pack and play for little ones, all the cooking supplies you may need and more. Denise was wonderful to communicate with before and during our stay at the house. I would highly recommend staying here!

Host was amazing. Property is stunning and probably one the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed at. Plenty of towels and extras to truly enjoy the beach. Just as a heads up, 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom is on the first floor. The first floor room had the day bed with a trundle which we used for our kids. It was a further away from all the other rooms so maybe not ideal if you have younger children that you need to keep an eye and ear on. Whoever decorated the house did an amazing job. So, so pretty.

The home was beautiful. Pictures were accurate, and the views and beach access were fantastic. Use of beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards was very helpful. Owner was very communicative and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with all the amenities and direct access to the beach! Great restaurants nearby with grocery store just 3 minutes away. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our host was wonderful to work with. Hope we get the opportunity to stay there again!

Amazing location, had everything we needed to have great family dinners, all the things we need for great beach days and the owner communicated with us during the trip quickly answering any questions we had and giving great recommendations.

The house was amazing with breathtaking ocean views from three different balconies. The loft room offered panoramic views spanning east and west.We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Denise was a wonderful host.

The house was beautifully decorated with stunning beach views that filled us with awe every morning when we watched the sunrise. We also loved the fully stocked kitchen which made our Christmas gathering a pleasure for our family. Thank you Denise for being such a gracious host.

We had a wonderful visit in this gorgeous home. The location was absolutely perfect. The beach is right outside the door! We had our family of 8 and everyone had a comfy bed and a place at the large dining table. We ate all meals here and the kitchen was well stocked. This home truly feels like a home away from home as it's just perfectly appointed in every way! A great Publix grocery store is just minutes away as are other local attractions. I would highly recommended this home and our host Denise was very responsive to any questions. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. Even more beautiful than the photos if that’s possible. The home has incredible views with comfortable seating outside to take in the beautiful view of the ocean. Denise was always quick to respond even before we booked the home and excellent communication once we booked. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have stayed at. Thank you for making our vacation with our 4 grandchildren memorable.

Gorgeous home with everything you need.

The description of this beautiful oceanfront property as a family home is so accurate! It is decorated so well, and yet as 3 generation family holiday weekend, we all settled in so easily and felt right at home. With small children, we ordered in from a few of the many awesome NSB restaurants, but then also cooked in this amazing kitchen with every gadget you'd ever need. The grill was fired up too and we all enjoyed every meal at the extra large dining room table. Denise was the perfect hostess with a cute welcoming basket and handled a small issue so promptly too. This is the family place you've been looking for!

This home is a great stay. Local to a supermarket and you have a lot of privacy to the beach. Owners are great to work with

This place was absolutely beautiful and the restaurants had amazing food and every single restaurant had the best customer service.

Exactly as advertised, Denise was very responsive to all of my questions, and the cleanest beach front house we have ever stayed at! Only downside was that the beach does allow vehicles (must pay to drive on the beach and appeared to only be people finding a spot to spend the day) but would not have been noticed much if my children were older.

First timers. Loved the property and family experience under 1 roof beachside. Already planning another family trip next year.

I was so excited to spend this birthday at the beach with my sisters and brothers. I am a native of Daytona Beach but now live in Northern VA so it was my plan to come home when no one was sick or no funeral to attend. This was the perfect house and location for some relaxation and time well spent with my family. The house was very clean and more than met my expectations! It is Beautiful!

We were here for a 3 night stay to attend my brother's celebration of life. The home and location were lovely. The beach is beautiful here. Unfortunately, it was cold during our visit, but that did not deter the little ones from getting in the water anyway.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Front Row for our wedding weekend and could not have been happier! We had gorgeous weather and the house did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for our whole family to enjoy. The kids (ages 6,10 and 15) played in the beach every chance they got. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This home provides everything you need and was super clean. It was perfect!

We were supposed to be in Anna Maria and had to change coasts post hurricane and was so fortunate to find this gorgeous home. The cleanliness, locations, amenities and view were stunning. We asked if we could get in early and they accommodated our request and an issue with the coffee maker had a new one delivered within the hour. Absolute gem

I cannot put into words the gratitude I have for Denise (property owner) in working with us through a very stressful and crazy stay. We rented this property for the bride and bridesmaids for our son's wedding. The house is absolutely stunning! Beautifully appointed! Location is perfect. The girls were able to relax and enjoy their time together. Due to Hurricane Milton we ended up using the house for hair, makeup and photos due to the wedding venue cottages not having power. The backdrop of this property was perfect! The space in the kitchen, common area made this last minute change stress free! As I look through the pictures from that day I continue to thank Denise for her flexibility and prompt communication that helped us maneuver what would otherwise been an impossible situation. I would definitely recommend this property for large families. Location on the beach is perfect. Would definitely rent again! Thank you Denise for being there for us. You are the best!!
