4-bedrooms/3 baths with pool, just 3 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach driving

This house is very nice for a large family it has everything you need

The house was great, all the beds were good sizes and comfortable, the back yard is the best hangout spot you could have. Great spot for a family vacation.

Everything was great

Close to beach, kids loved heated pool. Plenty of all necessary supplies. The lack of network and local stations was sort of annoying but tvs all worked well. Overall for family 8 a 5 star. Kids didn’t want to leave.

We had a wedding in Naples.Great location, plenty of room house was well stocked with everything we need.

The house is located in a nice area and close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pans (some of which needed thrown away) and whatever is needed to cook. One or two of the beds could have been a little more comfortable. There were beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler for use at the beach. We enjoyed the pool area and the pool felt warm the first couple of days but colder the end of the week. The house is a little outdated and could have been cleaned better (bathrooms). Before we arrived, we were told there was a code for the door and a key under the mat. The keypad worked but there was no key. I contacted the rental agency and was told they “disappear” which didn’t make us feel very safe. I did ask for an additional lock for inside the front door for safety which they did accommodate. Not sure if everyone who comes to the house gets the same code or not.

Great host. Very responsive

Maria was extremely helpful & very responsive when we needed help with a few things. The property was very spacious for my family of 6 plus my mom. The weather was extremely cold during our stay so we weren’t able to use the pool but it did look very clean. I would recommend this property to others.

This was a great home for our weekend girls trip. It had everything we needed for our stay. Only a mile to Vanderbuilt Beach and lots of restaurants close by. Maria was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Host was fine. Dishwasher was broken and also a closet door fell off when we opened it. There were also contact lenses laying around the master bedroom and bathroom.

Nice size property for 5 adults to spread out and enjoy but also to all hang together. Lots of outdoor seating also! The kitchen was very large and had all the dishes/pans you need! The host checked in right away to make sure we had everything we needed! We would definately stay here again!

Clean. Big. Everything we needed. The pool was so fun to have especially when it was enclosed entirely in a screen. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable back patio. If in the area again we will rent this property again. Thanks!

This house has everything we needed and more. I wish that we had stayed longer. We will stay here again in the future.

Loved the place. That said, TV instructions too complicated. Also, the third bathroom is actually outside by the pool .... listing gives the impression it would be near the bedrooms.

Lots of room for our family! Quick 5 minute drive to the beach

The house itself is very spacious and nice and had all amenities for cooking etc. If a heated pool is a must for you, it’s questionable if pool will be heated. there’s a sensor for pool heater to stop each night at 7. So it would take some time for pool to heat on arrival and we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days. we did have to restart it several times to reset it bc it would stop working.
