Surprise Stadium is a baseball stadium located in Surprise, Arizona. The stadium is the Spring Training home of the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers. It has a seating capacity of 10,500 and features modern amenities such as luxury suites, party decks, and a children’s play area. The stadium is also used for other events such as high school baseball games and concerts. If you’re a baseball fan, watching a game at Surprise Stadium can be a great way to spend an afternoon or evening. The stadium is conveniently located near your vacation home, only 1/2 a mile away.

The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Center is a premier tennis facility located in Surprise, Arizona. It features 25 lighted tennis courts, including 16 hard courts, 6 clay courts, and 3 indoor courts. 1.4 miles away from your vacation home, making it a convenient destination for tennis and pickleball enthusiasts.

Surprise Aquatic Center: If you’re looking to cool off on a hot day, the Surprise Aquatic Center is a great place to visit. The center features water slides, a lazy river, and other water attractions.

All guests complete a quick, secure ID verification and check-in in our guest app after booking. Your guidebook and door code unlock once it's done. Nothing is charged off-platform, and your info is kept secure. Guests who prefer not to verify may cancel under platform's cancellation policy.
