4 Bedroom/4.5 Bath-Beach House, Private Pool Steps from Beach

House was well stocked. Spices, seasonings, foil, trash bags were available but we had brought our own. There were too few washcloths available but we made do. I dont think this was the property owners fault! It was the linen company I would bet! Lots of great board games and a chess set! Also a ton of boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We would definitely book again if we decide to go gack to Surfside!

We loved the location of this house…. Beach block and on a quiet street. Short drive to all MB attractions. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 children.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with the family. This place also had everything we needed plus much much more! Will be back again!

Perfectly situated with a short walk to the beach, and a nice dipping pool in the back, we enjoyed our stay. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom. We did have to do some cleaning when we got there- heavy grime on the outdoor tables, dust bunnies in the LR. Also the outdoor tables had jagged rust along the lower edges so that you had to be careful not to cut yourself when you picked them up. The door was hard to lock from the outside.But other than that - our stay was nice and it accommodated our family time well.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Great neighborhood and great access to the beach.

This is a wonderful place for a family beach trip. The house itself is ideally located a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well kept. The layout is great - upstairs is large and the bedrooms are well spread out so that everyone can have privacy. Each bedroom has a bathroom as well - no need to share! The pool is small, but perfect for a dip. The owners were quick to respond with any questions and provided great info for check in and the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Great home, great communication with owners, home had plenty of room for family . Pool was an added bonus for hot days retuning from beach . Would absolutely stay again .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very big and spacious. There was plenty of room for the kids and adults to be comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach, which made it easy to walk there whenever we would like. The only drawback was the cleanliness of it. We went and purchased a few cleaning products to clean the bathrooms with. There was lots of leftover hair from the previous guests. Once we got that taken care of, the week was perfect!!

We had a lot of fun while visiting Surfside beach. The stay was nice but one thing that made the stay tough was the thermostat resetting in the middle of the night and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was great!

We had a lovely stay here. The house was clean and is an easy walk to the beach.

Great house in great proximity to the beach!

We absolutely loved the house and the location. So close to the beach!! I wish we would’ve known about the construction next door as we were woken up early, couldn’t enjoy the many balconies during the day and the noise from the construction made it hard to enjoy the pool during the day. The workers even blocked us in our drive way and we had to go looking for them! Over all I would go back!!! Lovely place and location!

Property was easy to find, great location distance from the beach, and very welcoming. The owner gave plenty of helpful information prior to our stay and was very responsive to all communications. Enjoyable experience.

This house was perfect for our group. We loved the king size beds, balconies, and pool. Everything was clean and spacious, and the owners had great communication. We stayed at this home during a baseball tournament. This home is close to the Grand Park Athletic Complex. It is also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was a fun way to get ice cream and see the town. Surfside is beautiful and quaint. We would love to return some time soon. Thank you!

The place was bigger than we originally thought, we really enjoyed the stay!
