The Space:

From the four bedrooms, to the roof-top deck, “21st Street Retreat” is laid out for your relaxation and enjoyment.
This perfectly charming and modernized townhouse offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, outdoor shower, dining area, spacious kitchen, and a comfortable family room with a wet bar...staggered over three levels. This home has plenty of space in which to find privacy or to make shared memories together. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table which flows to one of two decks, allowing for outdoor dining or people-watching. Head up another floor, and you’ll find the well-appointed living room, complete with a wet bar. Take one more set of steps up to the shared roof-top deck with views of the bay — a great spot to take in some breathtaking sunsets! Three bedrooms offer a Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom features three single beds.
As a bonus, this home also features a jetted tub in one of the two full, and updated bathrooms.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included.

Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

*IMPORTANT NOTE* - the Cleaning Fee includes linen service, cleaning, and ALL other amenities. You'll arrive to find toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, fresh quilts, pillows, as well as bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body soap and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towel sets are included at no additional cost. Pack your beach towels! The Neighborhood:
Beaches: approximately a 10-minute walk, or a convenient drive with plenty of parking at the house, and by the beach entrance paths on each and every street. It's also easy to bike to town and the beach, and we can arrange bike rentals through our partner.
