This spacious and newly renovated four bedroom house just outside of Charleston in vibrant Park Circle! Perfect for large groups, this charming home features vintage-inspired decor and plenty of space for your group.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The large living area is perfect for gathering with loved ones, and features comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

    The property is a much older home which was very neat and clean with exception of the older wood floors which could use a good scrubbing. We had 4 little ones with very dirty socks and feet. The neighborhood was quiet with no issues. All in all, a nice visit with the exception of never ending rain!

    This is a comfortable house in a great location, if you like being in a walkable neighborhood with good restaurants and nearby parks, and just a short drive for day trips to the coast or to downtown.

    House was perfect for our family stay (including our pup)! Host was very responsive to any issues we had and quick and easy to get in contact with (ex. Propane was empty for fire pit with no replacement and they were quick to come replace it so we could enjoy the fire pit!)

    We had a wonderful stay! The home is roomy with lots of spaces to hang out, so perfect for a large group. The location was great, within walking distance of the main street and many great restaurants. It was also a short drive to downtown Charleston. The neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommended booking.

    We stayed at this location for a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect house! The rooms were decorated with beautiful furniture and it had plenty of space for 9 people. The property manager was very responsive and kind when responding when a few issues were mentioned. While the house is located about 20 minutes from downtown, the distance was fine for what we needed. I definitely recommend this property!

    We have a group of 12 here and we all fit comfortably. The backyard was an awesome place for us to gather, hang out and enjoy the nice weather. The house itself is a recent remodel with some tired aspects from its age (walls, paint, floors, etc.) Great for our bachelorette trip, though especially at the price. Awesome location as well.

    My friends and I had a great time at this rental! It was perfect for a big group of girls and an easy Uber to downtown! Definitely recommend having a car at this location. The roof deck was great for a morning in the sun. Unfortunately it was a little chilly when we were there otherwise we would have used the amazing back yard! Great stay! Highly recommend.

    The location was perfect: just a short walk to all the venues involved with the wedding.The spacious house easily accommodated our party of 6 adults and 2 teens. Our beds were all very comfortable. Of the 5 beds we needed, 4 of them were kings.The occasion, the unusually warm February weather, and the commodious housing all contributed to a very enjoyable stay.The property offers high value for the cost of the rental. If it weren't for a few rough edges, so to speak, it would have merited a full 5-start rating.

    My family and I had a great stay here. The location is great to Park Circle bars and restaurants and the huge playground. The rooms are all large with comfortable beds. We weren't able to use the backyard much because of the weather but we had a great stay here.

    We had a great time. House is nestled in quite neighborhood in short walking distance to a really cool strip of restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. It's centrally located. It had everything we needed and enjoyed the large back yard for hanging out at night. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.
