Stayed Mar 20, 2021The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook with, which was very nice. It was quiet and very clean! Location was very close to a store so I was able to walk to to get all my groceries. Would stay again!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Stayed here for a large family reunion weekend and the location was perfect for us. We were able to get things at the nearby Safeway but also explore much of the area. It is pretty close to the river (walking distance), so fun to get outside. The property itself is nice and clean and was perfect for the two of us and our two adult boys.

Stayed Apr 22, 2025Very spacious! Comfy. Located in a great neighborhood. Very convenient to grocery stores, coffee, the river, etc. We stayed at this house two years ago and had issues with cigarette smoke from the basement apartment renters wafting into the house, however, there was no hint of smoke this time and we had a very pleasant stay.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024Three adults in town for a conference. Had to scramble due to VRBO mistake and this was a godsend. Great location and wonderful house! All we needed- kitchen and proximity to grocery and places we needed! Will rebook next year!

Stayed Sep 12, 2024We can up for my Grandmothers 99th birthday coming from 3 states and 5 different locations. It was so nice to have a place all of us could visit without feeling like we were crowded together. Due to miscommunication on my part we had to change our reservation two times. Both times was stress free. I would stay here again with out a doubt in my mind. I only gave it 4 stars not because we weren't happy with everything but because there is always room for improvement in our lives. I will recommend this property to anyone . thank you again for such a wonderful home away from home.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The house is very nicely furnished, and very comfortable for our family of eight. The host was super easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions immediately. We’re especially grateful for the allowing of pets, we’re hoping to return next year for our annual event. We gave four stars on cleanliness only because of the (very typical for the Tri Cities)) dust on the outside deck furniture. We had a wonderful stay!

Stayed Apr 23, 2024We enjoyed our stay at the historic Gold Coast property. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space. Lots of windows provided abundant light in the living areas. Kitchen is nice with some extras like coffee and spices. The outdoor space with deck were nice but the patio furniture and bbq need an upgrade. Some noise from downstairs apartment but didn’t bother us. All in all I would recommend this home and would stay here again.
