4-bedroom townhome in marvelous Conyers with WiFi, AC

The property was perfect for our group. Very spacious, exceptionally clean and the neighborhood was quiet and close to food and grocery stores. We were less than six miles to our family destination so it was perfect commuting. I would definitely book again. Coming off a five day cruise and having the opportunity to do our laundry was an added bonus to not travel back to NC with dirty laundry. I highly recommend the property.

Pros: Victor was a great host with quick response. The townhome was very spacious and close to shopping centers. Cons: It can use a little TLC on cleaning. Wasn’t a big deal, there were cleaning supplies there to get the job done but with cleaning fees it should already be cleaned. I have OCD so I was going to clean regardless. If in the area again I will be sure to book.

The manager was very responsive. I can highly appreciate that. The location was in a well accessible area to everything. With the supermarket being up the road and fast food all nearby. My only concern, not enough pillows/blankets, and the bathrooms weren’t that clean. There was a ring around both tubs, and dirt along the toilet and sink. Being I was traveling with my kids and my nieces/nephews, cleanliness is very important. Having another TV in the rooms would’ve been nice, due to there being 4 bed rooms, yet only the living room had a TV was problamatic. I would stay again, but hoping next time the issues would be addressed… other than that, thank you
