4 Bedroom River Home on Golf Course a block to water

One STAR is even too much. 1 Star. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the home was not clean and had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property. In the bathrooms, we found hair in the showers and visible hair on the toilet. The floors were sticky, and there was old food/debris present.Under the beds, we discovered wrappers, heavy dust buildup, and insects, which raised serious cleanliness concerns. The back bedroom bed was not made, and there were dirty socks left on the mattress.The backyard was also in poor condition. Everything appeared dirty, and the BBQ grill had noticeable old food residue, looking as though it had not been cleaned in a very long time.Additionally, several curtains were ripped and hanging from the rods, and multiple blinds were broken. The odor inside the home was severe enough to cause nausea.We contacted the host immediately but received no response. VRBO support was also contacted, and they were unable to get a hold of the host as well. Due to the condition of the property and lack of communication, we cannot recommend this home. I have pictures and videos. I’m gonna upload them as well. Do not rent this house. I don’t know what everyone else was raving about this. Home was disgusting and it was in the ghetto.

The property was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We all slept comfortably, it was a bit hot at times and one of the dressers in the back room was a little broken but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future.

The Family and I were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The add on room was a little confusing at first when I first got there, but my oldest son and his kids were happy with it and the additional small air conditioning unit was helpful. The Master bedroom had some paint issues but it didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely reach out again to stay for our next Family trip to Laughlin/ River.

Host was wonderful and replied right away. House was clean and kitchen was well supplied. Would definitely stay again!

Inside was very clean. A/C and TVs worked perfect. Outside could use a sweeping. Master bed needs repairs as head is below feet and it felt like it was going to break when I laid in it. (It didn’t) master could use a night light as it doesn’t have a window.

Went for memorial weekend 5/24-5/26 with some family and friends everything was good but come Monday for check out me and my girlfriend woke up with bed bugs bites all over our body messaged host about it and they said they sent pest control over after we checked out and they didn’t detect any bed bugs. My girlfriend has over 20 bites just on her stomach and back and a whole bunch more on her legs. I hope they fumigated the place so others don’t go through the same experience as us.

Very accommodating and super close to our wedding venue and other wedding parties. Host was super helpful as my spouse got sick on our drive and she was great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Had some issues at first, but was taken care of quickly. The view of the mountains was amazing. Nice quite area. Was there for a month, and hope to return again sometime.

We enjoyed the stay. We had room to spread out. It was nice to sit on the patio and overlook the golf course. Kitchen and bathrooms were looked like they were recently remodeled. Very homey!

Came from out of town to enjoy family time at the Colorado River. Had a wonderful time.
