Welcome to our exclusive villa with a private swimming pool!
This high-quality accommodation offers the highest level of comfort in a spacious setting: four bedrooms, three shower rooms, and one bathroom with a bathtub ensure plenty of privacy – ideal for a relaxing stay. The room temperature is a pleasant 29 degrees Celsius, and the pool water is kept at a constant temperature of approximately 26 degrees Celsius.

The private swimming pool, with its modern overflow channel – similar to those found in public pools – measures approximately 7 x 4.5 meters and has a water depth of 1.35 meters. A classic Finnish sauna is available on the ground floor for relaxing wellness sessions.

In the living area, you'll find a stylish fireplace with a three-sided glass front, which can be automatically powered by natural gas upon request. Free Wi-Fi with a speed of 50 Mbps is also available.

All four bedrooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom. Thanks to the large panoramic windows in the living room, you not only enjoy a fantastic view, but also always have an eye on your children in the pool.

Televisions in all bedrooms and Bluetooth-enabled speakers provide entertainment, allowing you to play your favorite music – or alternatively, via the TVs. The comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas offer ample space for up to eight people. A large awning provides shade or protection from light rain when needed, while beach chairs and garden furniture create a truly vacation-like atmosphere.
