4 bedroom ocean front house in Las Conchas

I don’t want to say how great this place because we don’t want it to get fully booked. It’s that perfect!!! We stayed with my parents and our teenagers and all three generations LOVED it. Gorgeous views, open space, fabulous deck, quiet, close to town, and this house has everything you need. We had a private chef come in, we had massage therapists come in, we used the toys in the garage, watched movies, and had the most peaceful quiet coffee mornings and cocktail evenings. Host is wonderful and the house is beautiful. You’ll love it! Kitchen is definitely well equipped if you want to cook. We did thanksgiving here all we brought was a roasting pan and a carving knife- they had everything else. ready planning our next stay here.

We enjoyed our 4 days on the beach. The house had everything we needed and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Juan was quick to respond and was very flexible.I would recommend his place on the beach to anyone looking for a nice place oceanfront stay.

4 day trip. Absolutely beautiful place. Freezer doesn't freeze so take not. There is a WalMart just minutes away just in case. Stunning views. Big patio. Garage but must park in driveway due to all the items in the garage. Which qas fine. Would definitely recommend.

Great trip - we come here yearly and it is always excellent!

Spent a week here with family and kids. Very nice place, right on the beach. Had some communication issues with manager, but was resolved. Recommend more paper products for stays of a week and am used to purified water being supplied. Had a great time and cooked a bunch of wonderful meals with enough pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Only place I've stayed with a functional dishwasher. Very nice place with few issues.

This country is so kind to Americans. Full of culture and beauty near the ocean. This is a beautiful home. Large and open....accommodating...big picturesque windows. We had everything we needed. Thank you Juan for sharing your home for us to create memories.

Excellent place for families specially with kids. Everything you could ask for was provided for including toys, beach and water equipment. Will definitely return.

This was our second time staying in this property and can't wait to come do it again. Can't recommend the property highly enough.

This home was stunning and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet yet it had a lot of options to stay busy. Less than 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. The home not only provided the essentials it also came with many options for games, and water toys, beach chair and other items. The beach was sandy and was safe for kids to play in too. The host was responsive and accommodating as well. We will definitely stay here again and will make sure to recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for hosting the Garcia family!
