No smoking: $1500 deodorizing/ozonizing fee for smoking inside will be charged. Quiet hours at all times are strictly enforced, parties are NOT permitted! Same day reservations are not considered If property is left exceptionally dirty/stained, furniture rearranged, trash not taken out, foreign objects flashed in the toilet, an extra fees are assessed. Sorry we don't have child safety items such as: stair guards, cribs, pack-n-play, high stool, strollers. No games, or video games provided. No pool on premises. We have outdoor surveillance on site.
