4-Bedroom Lake-side Retreat with New Dock!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the host's house. It was decorated for Christmas and we enjoyed that as we celebrated the holiday there. It was roomy and comfortable with lots of spaces to stretch out. Our teens had fun in the basement watching tv and playing games. Our adults had fun visiting in the upstairs in the living room with the comfortable couches and around the big dining room table. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. The views of the KY river from the upstairs with all the windows were outstanding. We enjoyed having coffee each morning on the outside deck overlooking the beautiful river. We enjoyed the dock on the the water. Each bedroom was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely rent again and would like to come back in the summer to enjoy the river and all it has to offer with swimming and kayaking.

Beautiful lake views. Lots of bedding, towels and space. Space was as described. Perfect for a group of friends who want to find something in the middle of the start and finish line of the Bourbon Chase Ragnar Run.

Lovely location!Very welcoming owners who provided what we needed for a fun lake trip-from floats to ideas and the like. We had a blast on our girls trip!

Great place! The dock and toys made the weekend awesome! The view is Amazing and the lake was pristine. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. The paddle board and the big blue mat were enjoyed by all.

Friends get together, we had such a great time swimming, relaxing, campfires, and karaoke. Such a beautiful place to reconnect and relax.

The house and dock were great. Very comfortable beds! The dock is very nice caught a lot of fish off of it.

The house and lake were as advertised and Jaimie was quickly responsive to any question or need. Worked out well for our family. We much appreciated the provided kayak, paddleboard, fishing poles, life jackets, games and so much more.

We had a wonderful time.

The facility was nice, but there were some concerns. There was a pungent odor, that of a dead rodent or rotten food that had been left, that remained throughout our retreat. There were no instructions on how to turn on the lights in the bedroom closest to the front door; there was also no safety gate to the downstairs area or to the steps off the balcony that led down to the water. It was known before the party that we had toddlers in attendance, and no accommodations were made for their safety. The pictues of the facility showed an area outside where the children could play, but I did not find this area, unless it was the small side yard to next to the neighbors house,

We were so pleased with this Lakefront property. We were a family with four generations. The grandchildren loved the toys on the bottom level and there was plenty of room for our crew to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. I would definitely stay again.
