Stayed Oct 6, 2023This property was perfect for my family for GA football game weekend! The yard was wonderful for my kids - trampoline and swing set with outdoor seating was just right for the whole family to enjoy! Property is an easy 10 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 3, 2025A group of 8 college friends stayed at this house for the GA/Kentucky game. The house setup is great. Spacious living room and outdoor space where we could all hang out. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed May 9, 2025We chose this home so 3 generations could gather in Athens for UGA graduation. The host was communicative and helpful leading up to our check in, even giving us early access. He honored another special request once we arrived. While there were some housekeeping issues, the house was in a great neighborhood and close to town.

Stayed May 7, 2025It was so nice to be able to be all together in one area. We appreciated the whole property deer snakes and all :-) It was a little different than other VRBOs we’ve stayed at since this was someone’s actual home and it was nice to learned about the kiddos that live there

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Host was great and really cool outside area - this is someone’s regular home. Disappointed in condition of bedding / bathroom linens - I would order a DEEP clean scrub baseboards / walls - white linens / bath mats that can be bleached. Plenty of kitchen tools to cook with.
