Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our 9th year in Avon, and our first time in this house. It met all our needs, had FANTASTIC AC and was so close to the beach it made coming and going all day long easy. Hoping to book again for summer 2025!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second stay and we enjoyed it again! Great access to the beach and the sound. Conveniently located near food lion and shops. Comfortable home with all of the necessities you need to cook and clean up. Fun board games as well. Book this stay and you won’t regret it!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is our 12th summer enjoying the beaches in Avon but our first stay at shore thing. We very much enjoyed our stay. Lord willing we’ll be back again next year.

Stayed Apr 25, 2022Climbing stairs got a little old! Other than that, the house was clean, adequate supplies, close to beach. Closet of games and books was very nice! Good set up for families. Nice view of the ocean from the deck; neighborhood was quiet. Close to stores and restaurants. Would stay here again.
