Stayed Nov 25, 2025I was incredibly disappointed with this property. The host NEVER communicated check in instructions prior to my stay, just left the back door open with a key on the counter. This resulted in VRBO having to void the stay. I had to qucikly find suitable lodging for my parents who are senior citizen and my minor children. Additionally, host left personal products in the bathrooms, refrigerator was broken, fillled with mold and old food. The pool furniture was dirty and stained. The pictures posted are a not entirely true. We never stayed one night but I'm sure we dodged several issues when stay was cancelled.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025The actual home was very nice but the host was not responsive at all. We met at check in and she gave me a physical key as she had not changed the door code yet and said she would the next day. That night, random people walked inside while I was reading on the couch using the door code because they had booked the same place on another service and were given the door code. Luckily they contacted the host and left but the host never showed up the next day to change the door code. She didn’t even respond to my messages about the incident or apologize for it even though it was a huge safety risk caused by her. Also, a power outage cause the fridge to stop working and I notified the host but again, she did not respond. Communication is very important and the lack of from the host caused our stay to not be as enjoyable as we hoped.
