4 bedroom house 10 minutes to Windham Mountain

When we got there, there was no cold water (just hot water) and we couldn’t flush the toilets or take shower. That said, the owner was very responsive and his super came to visit about 4-5 hours later and the problem was solved. He didn’t do anything specific but we tried to heat the plumbing with a hair dryer and by heating up the house, so it may have helped. It was one of the coldest days of the season, to be fair. The owner offered to help ourselves with their snacks and liquor in the cabinet. Some random items like TV remote was missing, so we couldn’t watch anything in the living room, but our teens enjoyed playing quite a bit of Xbox 360 physical games (like Wii) for hours. House was clean, warm and spacious. Close to Windham and Hunter ski resorts. The view was fantastic.

I'd like to give a 5 star rating as there are so many positives: a foyer w/washer & dryer, 4 bedrooms, really good closets and hanging space, a sitting room, large kitchen (well stocked with & living room, a well stocked bar, lots of privacy, board games, and toys for the kids, really close to the ski resort easy parking for 3 cars and a 4th would have fit as well but our granddaughter so she and our youngest son couldn't come. The trundle bed under the bunk beds wouldn't pull out. Because our youngest son and his daughter didn't come, this was no problem for us. Also, the dishwasher discharged water into the left sink forcing food up from the garbage disposal unit. So that sink was unusable until the water seeped back down and we then had to clean the sink. We didn't notice there were small packets of facial tissue in the kitchen until we were packing to go. We has been using toilet paper, which is okay. But still, We had only 1 kitchen towel and 1 hand towel. More would have helped. Each bedroom did have 2 large bath towel. If you might want to stay there, ask host Bobby about these things. He's really good at getting back to you. If these things get fixed, it's a definite 5 star stay.

Close 15 minute drive to Windham Ski Resort, clean house for 7 adults, open concept area for family members to eat and play games together, coffee table in living was our favorite place to meet! Great amenities for cooking every meal for 5 days! Host was easily communicative, answer any and all questions instantly, check-in and check-out a breeze! Thank-you for an awesome family time away from home that felt like home!

We loved our stay during our family ski trip at Windham. The house was clean, spacious and had lots of fun games. The host was very responsive, empathetic and gracious when our car froze and the battery expanded and we were stranded on our check out day. Will definitely visit again.

The house is surrounded by very beautiful nature and loved our stay there. Our kids really enjoyed. The owner is very responsive.

Great location for events at Windham Manor. Not even five minutes away. House is very comfortable and clean.

Stayed overnight for a wedding at Windham Manor (about a mile down the road). Would have been happy to stay for longer. The home's layout makes it a good for a large family or a small group. All on one level so easy for small children or those who struggle with stairs (about 4 stairs to climb to enter the house). Clean home and responsive owners :-)

We liked this house - clean and comfortable. I cannot give it a 5 star rating because of lack of plowing. We were on a ski vacation and the the plow did not show up the morning of an 8 inch snow storm. The owner replied to texts that the plow would come when the storm had 'settled'. Not acceptable to skiiers.

The house had plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. Nice location. Quiet and scenic - about 10 minutes drive to restaurants and 15 to the ski slopes. We had a great stay and the property manager was very responsive and friendly.

Very comfortable and accurate to the listing description. 10 mins to Ski Windham and downtown. Owner was responsive and proactively checked in with us as the weather was kind of severe (cold). Would recommend and will stay again if in the area.
