Stayed Jul 27, 2025Easy check-in. Kitchen has everything you need in it. Lots of towels. Clean bedding. Everything worked as it should. Access to the river was a bit hard to get into. No stairs or ladder. No dishwasher. Hot tub was clean. Overall good experience.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025This is in a beautiful location away from the river traffic yet close enough to access everything. Well stocked facilities. We loved the paddle boards and kayaks. My grandkids used them for the first time and were super excited. We saw so much wildlife in the water - turtles, fish, manatee and dolphins!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse on the River. It was our first time going to the Weeki Wachi area. The house accommodated us nicely and we enjoyed the amenities onsite such as fishing and kayaking. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025I stayed here with my family while visiting for a funeral. Of course no one was in the mood to plan activities for the kids so this spot allowed us to keep them entertained even when it rained. It is a beautiful place. I have no complaints. I hope to stay again under better circumstances.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We had a wonderful time at this property. The river is amazing and the property was clean and comfortable. We were greeted by manatee and dolphins on the first evening and the location is very close to the main Weeki Wachee River (about a 5 to 7 minute paddle).

Stayed Nov 22, 2023-1000ft via kayak from the clear main stream. We saw manatees and jumping trout every day. The fire pit and the kayaks are great additions. The house is a double trailer. It looks much bigger in the pictures. Also, expect to eat in plastic cups and plates.
