Had a great time. Beach house was perfect.

We had everything we needed. The property was great! The only thing is the TV in the room next to the half bath didn't work. Said something about the USB port. Other than that everything was great. We had a great time!

It was pleasant. The owner was a very sweet and understanding upbeat lady. Had a private chef come in and cook brunch… it was real nice.

We absolutely loved this home & the location! The owner is easy to communicate with and takes great care of the property. The home is furnished with everything that you need for meals and family fun! We loved the layout of the house and that everyone had their own “space”. The neighborhood is quiet and has large lots your next door neighbors aren’t right on top of you. The beach is just a short golf cart ride away and wasn’t overcrowded by any means! We had the best stay with 5 adults, a toddler, an infant & two dogs. We will definitely book this house for future stays!

Had a wonderful weekend with my 2 sons and grandkids. House was super nice and clean and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for big family fun.

Great house! Extremely cozy and great location. Very close to beach access points. Plenty of room at the house to hang out and enjoy the weather. Communication with host was also extremely smooth. Great house and would recommend to anyone!

Went to Galveston emergency room. Stayed there 2 1/2 days. Family stayed at house. Overall pretty good.

The house was was perfect, only issue was that ever dish in the house we wanted to utilize had to be washed due to being dirty and having whatever was on them.

Nine of us enjoyed our time together, talking of old times and creating new memories. 3rd Coast Comfort was just a perfect combination of beach and comfy home!!

The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! Access to the beach was easy with a golf cart. The beach was never crowded. We had a lovely, relaxing family vacation!

We could not have been happier with our stay! This beach house was even more beautiful in person! We especailly enjoyed having dinner outside on the spacious porch. The host, Sharon, answered all questions in a timely manner and was so pleasant and helpful. We would definitely consider this property again! We will always remember this trip as The One Where He Popped the Question. Thank you for such a beautiful house to share such a special occasion with our family!

Very nice beach house perfect for 2 families with kids. 2 master suites with private bathrooms as well as 2 additional bedrooms with their own bath. Highly recommend
