4 bedroom accommodation in Weymouth

Cormorant View is a lovely house to stay in, it was clean and tidy, although some of the picture frames were in need of dusting. The views from the windows in the lounge and main bedroom are spectacular and it iwas a pleasure to wake up and see birds opposite.We had 7 people staying and while there were enough items in the kitchen, there were only 8 tea/coffee cups and 8 forks, some additional forks and mugs would have been useful. We also had an issue using the oven, as we could only get the top one to warm up.There is a useful shop a couple of minutes walk away and a larger supermarket wihin a 5 minute drive, so no issues on stocking up once we arrived.It is a short walk into town, and while the property is situated next to the main road, there is an underpass that takes you to the old town bridge removing the need to try and cross any busy roads.

Really great property, with lots of space. Really well maintained, and spotlessly clean with almost everything we needed. Super friendly hosts who gave us an early check-in and a late check-out. We were in Weymouth for Ironman and the location was perfect as could walk everywhere. The only constructive feedback would be it could use a second shower in main bathroom as only one in the ensuite and a clothes airer as the weather was terrible and we all got soaked and had clothes hanging from every door!

The property is a really good size, great for 2 families. Although 2 double bedrooms would’ve been better for us rather than 2 twin rooms. A few things need fixing or updating but nothing that negatively affected our stay. The road next to the house is very noisy, we didn’t keep the windows open for long, but it’s location was the most important thing to us. We easily walked to the beach in 10 minutes and down to the harbour in less than 20 minutes. A great base to stay at to have a great holiday in Weymouth.

Lovely house over 3 floors with car parking close to town centre. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge with lovely views across lake from first and second floor. Comfortable beds. Asda is only a short drive away and there are some restaurants very close and it is about a 10minute walk into Weymouth Town Centre. A point to note is that the shower in the bathroom on the first floor is a hand held shower which you had to hold in your hand as there was nowhere to attach it to. Not an issue for us as we all just used the shower in the en-suite to the master bedroom on 2nd floor but worth being aware of. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a lovely holiday. The whole family enjoyed staying. It is light and spacious and easy to keep clean...important in a pandemic! The owner was extremely helpful and we cannot understand the previous review. That was not our experience at all. The location is great for access to the beach, shops, walking, everything really. The only slight negative is some noise from traffic if you sleep with the windows open in the main bedroom. That's no problem for the other bedrooms and didn't detract from our holiday. It is the only negative we found, if anyone is sensitive to noise at night. We would definitely like to stay here again. Weymouth is a great place to visit.
