Stayed Aug 10, 2024A nice property in a nice, quiet location. Renter beware this property is managed by a realty company so you will pay a fee both to VRBO and to the realty company and sign a lease with them. You will have to pick up and drop off keys, this is not contactless. It’s not the worst thing, but very 1990’s. Owner inspected property after we left and said there was damage done that we did not do. Not sure when or by who this was done but it devolved into a battle over security deposit. I would suggest you document each room at start and end of stay. We had a nice stay but it was marred by the treatment of the owner. I would not recommend because of this.
