4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Charmer! 1 block from the Beach

Giselle was absolutely amazing! Anytime I contacted her, which was hardly any during our stay, she was extremely prompt in responding. The house was very clean and very updated. Will definitely stay here again.

We rented in August of 2025 and really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and well maintained. The number of bedrooms with personal bathrooms worked well for our family. It is located on a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The check-in and key process was smooth and easy! We highly recommend staying at the Charmer!

Just spent a wonderful week at The Giannella Beach House. We were 4 women vacationing and the house suited us well. The bunk beds in one of the bedrooms made it a little awkward for 1 of our party but we knew that going in. The fact that we all had our own bathroom made up for it. The kitchen was well supplied and we found we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The home had a great layout. It was a short easy walk to the beach and in the evening you could hear the waves crashing from the front porch. The home has a lovely patio in the back where we spent most of our evenings just hanging out. The host is very responsive to any issues or concerns. Would we return? Absolutely!

Nice property, attentive owner. Great for families with children. I would recommend that the owner leave written instructions in the home detailing specifics for the rental.

We had a wonderful stay in this 4 bedroom / 4 bath downstairs unit. It was such a luxury for everyone to have their own bathroom. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The backyard was lovely, and we enjoyed several BBQs there with other family members who were renting nearby. We loved the large dining table that sat 8, with 4 counter stools close by. There were a couple minor glitches, but the host was EXTREMELY responsive and did everything possible to ensure we had a great stay. We look to staying here again!

The home is very nice and close to the beach. It is a bright warm happy place. The backyard is gorgeous and at different times of the day the place to be! The owners could not have been more responsive to our needs. We traveled from Arizona and every mile was worth it. Thank You

The house was better than expected! The fact that 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms was amazing. The backyard area was very spacious with a large table we all fit around. I would highly recommend!

The house was amazing. We will definitely book here again. Close to the beach, grocery store and Ocean beverage!

Unit was spotless, everything was like new, had a nice backyard and was a short walk to the beach. Note we did need to bring linens and towels, but we knew that going in so it was not an issue. Welcoming bottle of wine was a nice touch.
