THE LIVING AREA

The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus other channels such as Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch.

The bedrooms are furnished with 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib, and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

• Can I check in early or check out late We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please confirm with us first

• Is my booking date available If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation

• Are pets allowed Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations Use Google Maps with Normal Ave, La Mesa, CA 91941 for accurate distances

• What’s the check-in process Self-check-in via lockbox. Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered

• Is smoking allowed Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside and outside the home. This includes patios, balconies, entrances, and surrounding areas. Keep the space clean and odor-free for everyone.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group

• How’s the home cleaned Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue.

• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want

No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.

• Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets. The price will depend on your group’s size

Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.

A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
