4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home with Large Private Pool - Bike or Walk to the Beach!

My family and I stayed here for a week, overall really enjoyed the space. Very close to the beach, we loved being able to bike there and the state park pass was very handy. Large open living space and nice bedrooms for us all. However the property lacked some regular maintenance. The ceiling fans and vents were very dusty, the barbecue desperately needs to be replaced (almost to the point where it is unsafe to use), and some of the pool loungers are falling apart. There were some rusted screws from the chairs on the patio which easily could have been stepped on (not ideal for anyone, especially the small children that were there). Slightly disappointed in how many basics we had to buy (salt, sugar, oil, garbage bags, paper towel, etc.) The information book on the counter was very outdated, with prices for a round of golf from 2007. It made us wonder what else isn’t being cared for. Overall we still enjoyed the space but there is definitely room for improvement.

Everything was perfect with this house. Large four bedroom with comfortable beds and a heated pool. Have no complaints and would stay here again.

Host provided clear instructions and was easy to reach. The house was simply beautiful and perfect for me and 3 girls. Location was also perfect, we could not have asked for anything more. Very comfortable beds and the pool area so nice and relaxing

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was great! Good location as well. We enjoyed our time very much. Only suggestion would be to increase the shower temperature a little bit. Thanks for a nice stay.

The home was beautiful and very relaxing. Much bigger than I expected from looking at the outside. The pool was well kept and everything else in the house. The location was great and near so many different things. Also, within 10-50 minutes of so many beautiful beaches.

Our highest priorities for enjoying our trip to Naples were comfortable beds, fun pool and close to the beach. This home was spot on. The pool was great and had all the accessories we needed to relax and to entertain our grandson. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Also a plus that there were some good restaurants close by.

This house was well stocked and spacious. The combination of bed sizes was perfect for us. There were plenty of beach and pool toys, and the pool was a nice size. Wally (the owner) was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely return if the dates are available!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and opted not to rent a car. You are in close proximately of many grocery stores, Trader Joes, Publix and Walmart all within walking distance. A short bike ride to the beach or also a short bike ride to Mercato for shopping. The house was spacious, clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. The heated pool came in handy since we were there during a particular cool week. Would definitely recommend.

Property was beautiful, very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the convenient location close to grocery stores, Mercado and the beach. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely one of the best vacation rentals that I've had in Naples. The house was clean and had all the essentials for a short or long term stay. House was surprisingly large and the pool was very private. Just a note for those who don't know the area. In order to be to the house, you can not reach it by car off US 41. You must either go down 111th or 105th Ave North and turn onto 8th Street (first N-S street off US 41) and either go North from 105th or South from 111th to 108th Avenue. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

This is a great house to vacation in. Big kitchen, great pool and patio, bikes and only about 20 minutes to downtown Naples. Although we really couldn't go to the beach due to Hurricane Milton, it is very close and there are ample beach supplies provided. Hope to return in the future.

This home was located perfectly for us to enjoy the beach, local attractions and close to family in the area. The house had everything we needed for a great week!
