4 Bed Mid Century Modern w/ Pool, Putting Green, Wood Fired Pizza Oven, Sleeps 9

We enjoyed our stay here while in Phoenix. Plenty of space, clean and tidy, spacious pool and a/c was great in the high temps.

Beautiful home. Great for a family vacation. Will definitely stay here again.

The pool filter never turned on there is algae around the pool water line and clumps of algae on the pool floor. The edge of the pool had some crumbling. When host was sent pictures he never responded. There is trash debris on the sides of the house a downed gutter and yard waist. The inside was pretty clean with the bathrooms being excellent with excellent showers. Window dressings were broken and did not work properly. The laundry room was also used as a store room for pool toys and general junk and was in a cluttered condition unsafe to move in to get to the pool toys. Worst part was host failed to respond to my concerns about the condition of the pool. I did take photos.

We loved our stay in Phoenix. Travis was very responsive from check-in to check-out. The place was very clean and spacious. Great outdoor area to relax and for our 3 year old to run around. Stayed for my graduation from GCU and was pretty close to everything we needed. Took a day trip to the Grand Canyon! Definitely recommend this house.

We were very pleased. Accommodations were better than expected. Home was very clean, everything was as pictured. Home had everything we needed for our stay, and when we ran into a scheduling snag, the host really tried to accommodate us as much as he was able. We would definitely stay here again!!

House was clean and well laid out. Great location just a quick trip 1-2 minute trip to plenty of restaurants, coffee, and whatever retail grocery you’d need. Great backyard to soak up the sun w putting green and pool.

The accommodations were fantastic, the place had everything we needed and had plenty of room for sleeping and hanging around.

Open concept was great for a family kitchen was well set up. Laundry was great to have. House was close to some restaurants & grocery shopping. Also great having REI nearby for hiking last minute items.

We had a week long stay at this property and LOVED it. Beautifully remodeled home. Great/safe neighborhood. The location was great. Tons of good food options within a 5-10 min drive. Pet friendly place also which is nice since i like to bring my senior yorkie along. The hosts were very kind and very very quick with their responses to any question i asked. Would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was spotlessly clean in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We also appreciated the comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen. The owners/managers are very responsive.

Great location. Easy jumping point for getting around Phoenix. More space than I needed, but wanted the location. Would be a great rental for a family. Kitchen is modestly equipped. Would have preferred not to eat off of plastic for 10 days.

This house was perfect for our family. It had a lot of space to spread out. The backyard was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool so much.

We enjoyed all 8 nights of our stay! The house, amenities, and host were all wonderful. We fell in love with Phoenix and will definitely be back to this Vrbo with the PERFECT location.

House was great in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to relax both inside and out. Our group enjoyed the outside covered area with TV to watch baseball. Bar was good for snacks and drinks.

Three of my buddies and I went on a three day golf trip around Scottsdale, this property was fabulously located, very convenient, the showers are amazing, very clean and updated, the hosts were fantastic. We would love to stay here again.

Our family was very happy with our stay at this property. The home is in a nice and safe neighborhood, and it was convenient to get to many places in the Phoenix area. We found the owners to be responsive. The home is very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was our favorite aspect, and older boys appreciated the outdoor TV. We would stay here again!

This home was really an awesome place to stay in during our vacation to Arizona. It is located on a really really quiet street (feels like nobody else lives there!) and it wonderfully clean and well-kept. The place is beautiful and has the perfect finishing touches, such as the lovely wall in the backyard! There were no unpleasant surprises or disappointments of any kind. Just a great time! The hosts are gracious and kind and communicative. And the house is soooo well stocked- pack light lol! The hosts thought of everything you might need. I didn't get to try the pizza oven but it definitely looks cool! The pool is clean and beautiful. We had such a great, comfortable, relaxing stay!

Very nice house. Well kept and prepped bedrooms and bathrooms. Appreciate the complimentary soap, toilet paper, paper trowels, laundry soap, and garbage bags. No fuss checkout process. Excellent communication from hosts.

Nice place to spend a few days and was close to shopping, good food and night life. Plenty of room and open kitchen worked with for our breakfast crew.

This house was very clean, nice beds and pillows. Huge kitchen and nice gas range. Showers are big and look new. It was located in a great location for us. We walked to coffee. It was a short drive for a hike.The backyard has plenty of seating. A fun little putting green. Communication throughout our stay was fantastic. Thank you for having us!

This house was perfect for a family of 4. We have 2 teenagers, and each got to have their own room. There was even an extra room no one used. The house is clean, modern, and comfortable. I have family that live in Phoenix and Scottsdale, so this house was immediately equidistant to both places. It was also right off of Hwy 51, so it was very easy to commute. It's also a stone's throw from Paradise Valley and lots of shopping. The host was extremely hospitable and replied to my messages right away. We had a family emergency and the host was so gracious to refund a day that we ended up not needing. 5 stars!

We stayed at this property while visiting family. The house was clean, it had everything we needed to make brealfast. It was close to stores, restaurants, etc. The hosts were super responsive. I had questions about the house location in regards to places we needed to get to and they were able to let me know distances & it happened to be conveniently located. Definitely a great place to stay with kids. My five year old son loved the putting green and had it been slightly warmer he would have loved the pool! The outdoor area is cute and perfect to watch football games. Check in /out was super easy. Thank you guys!

We were a group of 4 high school seniors and 4 moms in town for the weekend checking out colleges. We loved our stay here!
