Great experience at this property. Host was very easy to communicate with. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with dishware and appliances and the bathroom amenities. Will be staying here again next time we come to Vegas. Thank you!

Location was great since it was only 10 min away to where we headed every day. The only issues I had was who ever cleans. Needs to make sure the food that is left needs to be gone trough. The food in the pantry and fridge was out dated. It was nice that people left stuff. It would have been nice to have fresh sponges to clean the dishes. No kitchen wash clothes. No extra paper towels or toilet paper if needed. I had to buy some. The AC went out on the day before we left. But all in all. The place was very clean and had updates. Carpet looked new. Was nice to have a washer and dryer. Since there wasn’t enough towels. I would recommend

The house wasn't clean we arrived. But the location is ideal and very affordable. The manager is very responsive too.

The house is huge and well stocked. Some areas are dusty like baseboards and blinds but the areas that mattered: kitchen, bath, and living areas were fine. The only negative was that the clean towels were all damp so we had to run them through the dryer again, but overall an excellent property. It was easy to drive to, quiet and comfortable. I would book this property again if I have the same travel needs.

The property was perfect for what we needed. Great location, minutes from restaurants and the strip. Clear communication from the host.

Rooms were clean, nice and spacious living areasold bleach stained sheets were a lil ugly.kitchen well stocked with spices, pans, and Tupperware.We would move trash bins to curb then a neighbor would move the bins to just on the driveway every night so he could park which was a lil annoying but Smiths and Walmart just up the street, pretty close to the freeway too.Would stay again

Host was very helpful and responded to us in a timely manner. He is the reason this wasn’t a 1 star review because he was available via text and did reply to our questions. But the condition of the house was deplorable. The reviews must have been from guests who stayed there when their usualCleaning staff kept the house tidy. The grime and filth on everything from the base boards to the ceiling fans are inexcusable for an accommodation with such high ratings. We did communicate our concerns to the host who provided us with an explanation. We didn't have time to look for a new place so we made the most of it. However we would not recommend this to anyone and are sharing our experience to prevent anyone from going through what we went through. We have never had a problem with Vrbo untilNow. Keep looking for another rental.

The house was just what we needed and was very cozy and comfortable for me and my family. It was in a convenient place for me and my Uncle and Cousin could walk to get something to eat and drink and enjoy ourselves.

The location was close to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

.First, when we got to the property, we could not enter, we had to call the homeowner several times to get the code, then find out that he didn't even put the right code in. Just before we checked in the homeowner told us that there was going to be an issue with the water.He said that it would be turned off, but only for a few hours come to find out we had no water for over a day. Very inconvenient considering we were planning on showering and eating in for the first day that we were in las vegas. After checking in, we went into the backyard and there was broken glass all over the floor the homeowner also told us that there would be propane for the gas grill in the back which there was none.And the gas grill was filthy.Checkout process was confusing because the homeowner had us stripping the beds and doing the laundry for him.

Great stay clean quite and convenient to work

The place was disgusting. None of the floors were swept. If you walked through the house Barefoot your feet would be black. It reeked of pot. We found dried pot plant pieces under the coffee table and randomly in different places on the carpet. Carpet definitely hadn't been vacuumed. There was dirt and trash and lint all over the floors. We found some sort of pill in the master bedroom. The bed sheets had stains on them and only one of the beds were made. The pull-out couch bed was broken. As soon as we got there, we had to vacuum and sweep all the floors as well as wash all the sheets. The dryer wasn't working so we had to sleep on the bare mattresses. We ended up putting down clothes, towels, and sheets we brought for the trip so we weren't touching the mattresses. The last thing we wanted to do after dragging the grandkids 12 hours was have to clean this house. If the budget wasn't tight, and had we not paid 700 and some dollars to stay here, I would have gone somewhere else.

Great Home and Host. Place is well equipped with all the supplies, towels and more. Perfect place for families. Host was prompt sharing the arrival info and all required information.

Very clan and spacious, just a short drive from the strip! Kid friendly. It was toys in the closet and a stroller if needed we forgot ours so it was perfect. Nice big backyard would love to booked again in the future

Amazing Stay for Our Group of 10!We had an incredible time at this house in Las Vegas! We rented it for a group of 10, and it was the perfect size for all of us. The house was spacious, and had plenty of parking. Every room was well-appointed, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The common areas were especially great for hanging out and enjoying each other’s company, and we loved the large kitchen for cooking meals together.The host was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.We can't recommend this place enough if you're planning a group getaway to Vegas. It was the perfect spot for making lasting memories, and we will definitely be back!

I like the location & size of the house. We were close to everything; restaurants, casinos & the strip.

Awesome to have 4-5 bedrooms for less that the cost of two hotel rooms, free parking 20' from the door.

This is the second time we've stayed at Joe's property for a softball tourney and we are already looking to book it for next years. Couldn't ask for a better place - plenty of room and great location.

Overall house was nice and roomy . We enjoyed our stay .

Grill was super dirty from previous people . So greasy I couldn’t use it . we walked in and it smelled like the cleaners helped them selves to the bathroom before we arrived . Blankets a little crusty .
