4-Bed Cape Cod Steps Away from Kids' Corner, South Beach, & Downtown South Haven

This house is fantastic. It has everything you need and more. Lots of games and things for little kids. We loved it and will definitely be back. Lots of room for all of us to eat together. The host was great at communicating and the check in/out process was so easy. It’s located very close to the beach and park.

Our Host was wonderful from start to finish. The house was everything she described it to be and more, if that is possible. The location was outstanding and the house was so clean and decorated so nice. Furniture was comfortable including the beds. Our granddaughters, 4 and 1 1/2 enjoyed the many toys and books including the doll house in the children’s bedroom. It was really hard to leave. We had such a great time and it really felt like home. Highly, highly recommend.

This was true to the listing. Everything was spotless on our arrival. This is set up for kids to enjoy. A cabinet full of games for adults and children. Dishes/glasses/utensils for children. The gates on top and bottom made the steps worry free with toddlers. Toddlers joined us on our trip and they had a blast. This house is a 2 minute walk to the kids zone and a 5 minute walk to Lake Michigan. It was about a 20 minute walk to downtown South Haven all doable. It was great that we could park our vehicle and walk everywhere from this house. The garage held all the things you needed for the beach so no need to bring umbrellas and beach toys. Beach towels were available as well. The bathrooms were small but true to the period of the home. It had everything you would need. We would rent this house again. The host was very easy to work with.

A perfect week in a perfect beach house!

We loved our stay in South Haven! This home has everything you could need for a vacation (beach toys to birthday candles)! The kitchen is fully stocked with several pantry items. We spent hours reading on the front porch, playing corn hole in the backyard, and playing games at the kitchen table. The upstairs shower has FIVE shower heads - it’s a treat.

612 St. Joseph St. is a cute house near the beach and walking distance to downtown South Haven. The house was full of amenities and the coolest garage ever! The owner was very responsive and answered questions quickly.

I can’t say enough about our experience at this house and in South Haven. It was the most family friendly and well-equipped home we’ve rented. We would rebook in a heartbeat! It literally had everything we needed! The care and attention to making guests feel welcome, equipped, and ready for family fun was outstanding. The location to the beach, the amazing park, and walking/biking to town was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! The house was so clean and the communication with Kristi was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay!!

We loved our stay! Super family friendly, stocked with everything you need and more. You could just bring food and your swimsuit and you’d be all set! We enjoyed playing card games at the breakfast nook with our 4 year old every morning. Tons of outdoor toys kept our kiddos busy. Can walk to multiple beaches, park, and into town.

This property is in a great location to the beach, downtown and a Catholic Church. Wonderful home for small children. There are gates at both the top and bottom of the staircase, children’s toys and books. Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Would definitely rent again!
